Love awaits, or, sometimes heart break, and as friendships are mended many shall be broken. Yet many dangers face the streets of this somewhat quiet town, like dog catchers to farmers. But danger is what makes life fun, right? So head for the hills or lay by the fireplace, but never forget that a paradise and easy going life is never what it seems.

First, we have out common wealthy neighborhood, where lots of pampered dogs and cats live. Fences keep dangerous creatures out and warm fires are always lit for you. Food whenever you want it and pats whenever you need it, with the caring love of a human. Children run around throwing balls to you and cuddling up with a young child is better than the world. You have someone to be loyal to, a family to keep you happy, friends to cheer you up when you're sad. A dog bed to sleep in. A yard to enjoy the sun in. Could anything be more peaceful?

Up town you have your parks and zoo, the place for the pets to hang out. On a nice sunny day, you can run through the fields or visit the zoo, and at night, the moon shines down to bright, even the stray comes for a romantic evening.

Walk a couple minutes and you find yourself walking by tons of small shops. The streets aren't nearly as nice and clean as the neighborhood, but this is a good place for a pet to take a stroll or a stray to look for food. Many food carts roll by, and it's a nice place to chat.

The lower class town is all for the strays. The houses aren't as nice and the streets may be full of muddy puddles, but that doesn't matter to the common street dog. Adventure is at every turn, and the junkyard is a good place to sleep and have fun. No responsibilities, no cares in the world, who wouldn't want this? The fresh air always waking you up and you can go where you'd like when you'd like, with the stars always gazing down on you. If your a nice enough dog, you may even get a pack, who knows? Or if you're a loner, you can have a title, maybe even be a famous street dog. Could anything be more exciting?

Personality

The outside
Perce is an independent dog who is well known on the streets. He is slick, quick, and smart, which can make him cocky and ignorant. He is a complete loner, and often gets into trouble a lot because he's bored. He has a lot of 'human friends' and other than that he doesn't care either way of people. If you know him, your either his good friend or his worst enemy.
The inside
Even though he is a loner, he actually gets attached to dogs quickly. He's very protective and will help any dog in trouble, even if he acts ignorant of it after word. He cares deeply for others but considers this a weakness, so he often runs away from friends than towards them. He's sensitive too, so instead of facing dogs he cares about, he'll turn away from them, and often shuts others out because really, truly, he's afraid of loosing them.
The ugly
Like everyone, he has a dark side. When he is in a defensive or protective mode, especially in a sudden , he will go completely by instinct, and he can murder a dog before thinking. He's always regretted it though, and he tries to control himself in these situations.

The outside
Posey has always been taught to be polite, quiet, and obedient, that's how she's been her whole life. She is honest and kind, and she has many friends, but she often doesn't speak her feelings. She has an adventurous spark to her that shows every now and than, and sometimes when she's grumpy she can be a bit snappy.
The inside
Posey is lively and daring on the outside, her thirst for adventure driving her heart toward the open. Her love of her owners is stronger though, so she stays quiet. She is caring and devoted, but a pup at heart.
The ugly
Sometimes, Posey can be oblivious to sarcasm, or when others are verbally bulling her. She can't understand why anybody would be mean to her, so she doesn't pick up on criticizing comments or rude remarks. This can make her seem dumb or slow, but she's very smart; just very very innocent.

He is sort of a sweet and playful kind of jerk, if that makes any sense. He likes to play around, kid, or try to be funny as to try to get attention as he hadn't gotten in a long time. He likes to explore around neighborhoods and cause some trouble every once in a while.

He is very respectful for females, giving them care and space when they seem to need it. He can be protective over a female or somebody in need.

The ugly
He tends to get in fights a lot and usually loses. The one where he lost half of his ear was his last fight and of course he lost to a Rottweiler.

The outside
Maria is very loving and caring, especially for those in need. Then again, who isn't like that? She loves her little sister very much, and would do anything to protect her.

The inside
Maria is tired and a bit lonely from having to take care of Alltida all day, but she wouldn't give her up for the world. She wants to find a mate so she won't be so alone and Alltida will have an almost "father" figure in her life.

The ugly
Maria is very protective, and when she's angry she can be nasty. She is not afraid to fight if you provoke her enough.

Rita was abandoned by her mother and father in order for them to rob more than they did. She was heart broken when this happened, and started living life as a stray. But, none the less she's taken to the life of a stray; her family lives with her as a stray (her close friends) and gets along with typically everyone. Now, though she doesn't get the luxuries that house pets do, but she enjoys the life of being free, and those nights under the car.

Personality

The outside
Rita is very rough and tough on the outside. When you first meet her, she is very quiet and reserved; and doesn't answer to just anybody. She is never stuck up, but, gosh, can she be rude. She likes to hide her true self with a mask of coldness. Her shell is made of pure ice, and can be hard to break. She isn't cold hearted, no, but it sure does seem as if she was when you first meet her, and that's what makes her mysterious. She has no hatred. She may dislike a canine, but, yet again, that very rarely occurs. You might think; with her frosty outside character, that she's hateful, and rude. She's very kind and loving, to be honest. She likes to live the life, and tends to get in trouble a lot.
The inside
Despite Rita's frosty character, she is very sweet once you get to know her. She has a tendency to be sarcastic, ALOT. She hates it when she's being ignored or not taken seriously and loves to play. She is never rude, once you get to know her. She despises house pets, though and doesn't like to tell why. She seems to believe that house pets are cruel and judge mental. She sees that a house pet is up to no good but pampering. She hates the fact that they can't get their mind off them breaking a claw or getting their paws dirty. She believes that you should accept what you get, or get nothing at all. She believes in doing right and thinks not to rob and get into horrid trouble like her parents.
The ugly
Now, if you know Rita, you are well aware that she takes no crap. She isn't the one to tolerate drama. If you mess with her, not knowing what she will do to you, she will put up a fight, and isn't afraid to. She isn't afraid to kill, or seriously hurt a dog, so I would suggest you watch out. Once she gives you that glare, you either run, or back down, because she isn't the one to tolerate it.

Personality

The outside
Kyela is the time of female who does what she wants, when she wants, no questions asked. She loves to make new friends, and has an excellent sense of judgement when it comes to others. Kyela has no issue speaking her opinions, and has a very interesting perspective on things when it comes to making decisions. She's a very smooth she-dog, and seems to weave her way through things easily, both physically and verbally. However, Kyela's attitude mostly consists of sarcasm, a great sense of humour, and an adventurous, almost tomboyish nature.

The inside
Though she may seem like she has everything together, inside, Kyela is very sensitive and often takes things too seriously. But, because she likes to avoid drama, Kyela will most often try and shrug it off, or reply with a simple, snappy comeback, and leave it at that.

The ugly
What many don't know, is that Kyela has a sweet taste for revenge, and will do anything in her power to get even with those who have caused her pain, or the ones she loves pain. Because her targets usually consist of humans, there has been a case where Kyela has gone a little too far, and was almost taken by the pound.
