And it’s very rare to see it not happen. It’s best that if you’re a neko that you stay off the street, but if you are wear a hat and a jacket that’ll cover your tail. Either that you’re dead.”
But over the years a small clan was created called “The Neko Public,” a small clan that moves across America to pick up abused Nekos. But this isn’t your peaceful come and go clan, no. This is serious business We’re talking about; Shootings, robberies and sometimes the idea of burning down an entire city is thought of. But let's not forget the strings of murders by the group, just one member alone could have killed over 300 slave owners in one night with 2 others if they wanted. Even though this group is saving a good couple of thousands of nekos they’re not supporting the fact that they’re peaceful creatures.
And if this world wasn’t already f*cked up, there’s also the supernaturals on the streets. Commonly wizards, witches & occultist. Don’t ever forget about those guys, they’re the true killers who help with the Neko Public. Usually they form as a cult and have a meetings about when the next date the NP (Neko Public) is coming to their location to join and come with, but that doesn’t mean they all want to join. Rebels will often form a small group and will try to kill a mass of them. Instead of killing all they kill a few and capture a few. The next step is brainwashing, then after that the former Neko once apart of the NP will be apart of the rebellion from joining the Nekos and Bowing down to the humans. This group is called the Rebellion Alliance. Their goal is unknown but some think it’s world dominance.

Rules

-If you die then just create another person and rejoin the group, don’t make a huge fuss about. Besides, didn’t YOU give that permission?

-No godmodding, it’s annoying and incase you didn’t know I might throw my laptop across the room if you do it several times. So, uh. Yeah 
-Be badass. One way to do that is to wear a leather jacket, some cool shades and never look at explosions no matter how awesome they look (HARD)
