    IC: "Because there's no humans." December answered, ducking back down to get her trash.[/fancypost]

    "Because the humans will never leave. Even if there's little water and food, they always find resources. They would steal it from us, and we would die," Bear said, looking sadly at the sun. He always enjoyed it, but knew that his sister despised of it. "I mean, maybe one day we'll reclaim the world. But, probably not, unless something happens," He shook his head sadly.


    Swift smiled at Fox. "I just don't like the sun. My entire body is made for the underground. It's adapted." Her thick pelt was for how cold it could get underground, and help protect her from grime and bacteria. It just absorbed the sun, making her extremely hot. And her eyes were made for the underground.

    "Well, I'v never been in the sun and right now it hurts from just glancing at it." Fox complained, her eyes in slits, but her fur glistened and glowed in the sunlight. She took a couple of steps forward and then mewled, "It's hot, no way!" She dropped her pile of debris and dashed back into the shadows of the cave.

    Dawnflower laughed as Fox scurried away. The black and white she cat padded over and stepped out into the light, eyes closed. It felt warm. She felt her way foward, and then laid stretched out on a rock. "Wow, this is nice..." She trailed off, one paw hanging off the edge of the rock.

    Swift giggled when Fox sprinted back down. "I guess we aren't big fans of the light, are we? We're like, the dark side." She mewed, content with staying down into the cool underground.



    Bear mewed, "After we clear all the debris, those of you who like the sun can hang out here because since it's rained, there will be barely any today," Bear stretched in the sun, liking it himself.

    Bear went back down, grabbing a bunch, and went back out to put it in the pile. His tail curled up a bit in happiness as he walked in the sun.


    Instead of going back up, Swift grabbed some debris and threw it out. She spat the disgusting taste of it out of her mouth.

    IC: December sighed with relief as Bear's announcement echoed through the cavern. She smiled happily and dropped down from a boulder above, her paws landing with a thud.


    Thorne groaned, rolling his green eyes. "Where's the food...!?" He moaned.[/fancypost]

    Dawnflower perked her ears at Bears announcement. "Really? Right after I get up?" She complained, flopping down onto the ground lazily flicking her tail.


    Darkclaw padded out of the underground, one last price of garbage in his mouth. He spit out in disgust on the ground level, and began to clean his pelt from the filth. "Gross..." He muttered.

    Fox sighed in relief, thats good She thought to herself as she sat in the shadows of the cave, not wanting to go into the sun at all.


    Jay sat beside the entrance to the camp and felt the sun sink into his pelt.

    Bear yawned, spreading himself out in the light. The humans wouldn't be out for a long time, as the rain often scared them away to drier places. He smiled a bit at that thought.


    "The food's over there...." Swift mewed lazily, lying down in the cool shadows of the cave. She would always love the cool, no matter what. She closed her eyes as the shadows covered her completely.

    "We're not crazy, you guys are crazy!" Swift's voice floated up from the hole.


    Bear chuckled at his sister's response to the medicine cat apprentice. His eyes sparkled in amusement as he watched his clanmates.
