I'm giving him the High-Tier: At this stage, Anxelin has very mundane or unnoticeable limits. The time limit is most likely gone at this point, area of effect is difficult to escape, and maybe even able to bring highly complex fantasies to the real world. i'm limiting it to that ._.

Middle-Tier: Anxelin have less limitations on them. Such examples include larger area of effect,longer effect time, shorter casting time etc. Though while he may have a limited operation time, this tier are quiet combat capable.

History: She lived with the tribe most of her life, helping anyone who needed it. she bonds with the kids and keeps an eye on all of them for their mothers so they can rest.

Personality : she is sweet and loving but will fight back if her life or a kids' life is threatened even if it isn't her own. she is polite to everyone but will be stern to make a point or get her way.
