  • (it seems this entire thread is on low muse at the moment. Does anyone have an idea on how to spice things up? I have an idea, but I am willing to hear others first...)

  • ooc: What's your idea? I was thinking of something like...maybe...a fight breaks out? Or there's rumors of a phantom?

  • OOC: I agree with Earl, maybe someone of the group does something to make someone else angry. Like, accidentally spilling a drink on someone's clothes. And then people take sides on the argument and stuff...

  • (I have Erin. He could come in and start a fight. If not, Ivan could always have a major panic attack and knock someone's drink over. If anyone has a better idea, I am cool with them.)

  • OOC: Lol, whatever you want. And if Erin did decide to crash the party, Marzia would probably freak out as well xD

  • (Cool, cool. (By the way, for all y'all who don't know/don't remember who Erin is, he is a demon who is after Cyril. Ivan and him have background, but that has yet to be revealed really. Also, Er now has had a taste of Cy's blood and is obsessed. His personality doesn't help anything either. He is super perverted and possessive and all that jazz!))

  • (alright! Let's get this show on the road!)

Ivan closed his eyes half-way and looked around slowly. He had been so focused on his master and the demoness, that he had forgotten to keep a watch out for any threats. He doubted anything would come up, but better to be safe than sorry. Locking his fingers behind his back, the red-haired man held back a yawn of boredom. Now that he was used to the crowd and his panic had subsided (mostly), he was bored and somewhat sleepy. It has been a long day... he thought to himself as he scanned the crowd once more. Sighing, he allowed his senses besides sight move over the arranged people. There were the demons he knew, one dancing, one eating, one talking, one...
    Wait...
Ivan's eyes flew open as he discovered a fourth demon moving slowly through the crowd. Not just any hellspawn, either. As he stood wondering what to do about the new arrival, he stiffened when hot breath ghosted across his neck.

"Well well. Look what the cat dragged in." Erin spoke in a silky voice, the same one he had tortured the shifter with when they were children. Straightening up, he pulled his head away from the man's neck and sipped his wine, free hand dragging down Ivan's arm. "If I had known you two were going to be here, I would have come early."

Ivan smacked Erin's hand away before crossing his arms and looking at the slightly taller demon. Black hair slicked back, dark maroon suit covering a slim but strong body, smirk dancing across his lips... This man had not changed a bit in the years they had been apart. Snarling, he opened his mouth to call out to his master.

"I wouldn't do that, lovely." Erin laughed, laying his arm over Ivan's shoulders with hidden malice. "Butlers aren't really allowed to speak at social gathering such as this. Unless, of course, you are spoken to first, then you may respond. What do you say? Grace me with your pretty little voice," He leaned in slightly to whisper the nickname from years past into the shifter's ear. "Songbird."

Ivan said nothing, wincing slightly when that wretched name was spoken. Closing his eyes, he screamed to his master in his mind. Master! Erin is here!

  • Cyril froze, his gaze dancing over the crowd. Unfortunately, only being a teenager, his height wasn't to be marveled at, and the boy couldn't see past most of the taller people at the party. "Nn...Mizuki...do you smell another demon at the party? Besides the ones we're familiar with?" he asked, worry crossing his face.

As if sensing the problem, Sebastian casually made his way back to the two, standing beside his master. Looking to Ivan and Erin, he put on that smile that could win almost anyone over. "Really now, gentleman." Looking to Erin, he only magnified his pleasant air. "It is inappropriate to be so intimate at a public gathering. May I inquire as to what may be the problem?"

Ciel shot a glare at Sebastian for a moment. However, he soon found himself curious, and directed his attention back to the other two. He didn't say anything, merely observed.

  • (I am so happy I get to play Ery again! Oh my gods, I love this man!)

Erin lazily looked over the butler before him. Sebastian Michaelis. He had heard of this demon. While he was nothing to spit at, he was currently a dog for the boy behind him. Smirking, the younger demon turned his head and gently nibbled on the shifter's ear, keeping his eyes locked with Sebastian. "What you gonna do about it, old man?" His voice dripped with mockery.

Ivan's eyes widened before he turned his head away quickly. His hands were tightening into fists as he barely kept himself under control. It was all he could do to not just punch this pervert in his overly handsome face. Feeling his master's confusion, he told him where they were. By the wall. Mister Sebastian and Earl Phantomhive are here as well. He looked at Sebastian, a pleading look mixing into the anger lighting his eyes.

  • The hair on Marzia's neck stood. A tremor shot up through her body and she immediatly looked around. That scent...that voice, she could hear it, feel it. The demoness reached into her purse and pulled out a bottle with a strange green liquid that matched the color of eyes. Marz downed it quickly and hid the flask back in her bag. This should cover my own scent for now. Green eyes wide, she walked through the crowd towards where she had left Miyuki and the others, carefully. I can't let him see me, not with the possibility of being forced to go back! I just need to get past this group, then leave... The panther demon, lost in thought, tripped on a rug and fell forward. Without thinking she did a flip and then rolled to stop herself, realizing the amount of attention that brought to her.

"Damn it!" Marzia hissed and got back up. Now running, desperate, the demoness pushed through a crowd of girls marveling the artwork and jumped over a table. The gothic girl knocked over the doorman bursted through the door and out of the mansion, without a single thought of those she had just abandoned.

  • Miyuki snarled, the feral sound rising in the fox youkai's chest as her sharp grey gaze locked onto the form of the newcomer. Wrinkling her nose a bit at his scent, she moved to step in front of Cyril protectively.

  • The Panther Demon stopped a short way away from the mansion, it was still in sight, when she had realized what she had done. Marzia left them! Just ran away....I'm such a coward. Stupid me. She couldn't help it though, Marz had always been on her own. If she had ever come across Erin before she met Miyuki and the others, she would've had no chance. But your not by yourself... The demoness started headed back to the mansion, flash-stepping as quick as she could with the worst feeling in her gut. It was guilt, she knew that, but it worse to know that as a demon, she shouldn't feel this much emotion at all. Marzia arrived back at the manor, but remained hidden and started to watch. If she needed to, she would jump in.
