    "Of course it is!" Reyn shouted back, her white fur and dark mane repelling the water easily. The blood of fish didn't make her blood-crazed like any other kind of blood did. Grass and fish together make a very water resistant coat... she mused, almost missing the question. "Not since my rampage!" she said loudly, thinking of how less grass or less fish would affect her coat.

  • Cindertail nodded his head slightly, and looked around him for the rest of the group. He sunk to his knees, spreading his wings over his head to form almost like a roof, his eyelids slowly trying to close. '' I think they probably fled for their life.'' He laughed aloud, giving one last slow blink before shutting his eyes for a while.

    Reyn laughed along before she felt another pang from her foal's hooves. She flew to her cave and grabbed a few herbs to take with her before flying into the clearing she had met him at. She went partially into the woods to escape the rain. Should it be considered odd that me and my foal are both born during the rain? she thought as she shoved some herbs into her mouth. An herb to dull the pain, an herb to give her strength, and an herb to keep her from giving a scream loud enough to draw the herd to her.

  • Ooc: I'm going to get some rest from my tablet XD my eyes are numb from looking at it, or should I say eye, cause my other one is, well you know. I'll be back soon like in 10 mins.

  • (( darn it! I meant to come back but a fell asleep at the kitchen table XD))
    IC: Cindertail watched Reyn fly away with a worried expression on his face. ''where is she going in such a hurry?"he thought, standing up and folding his wings. He pointed his muzzle in the direction of where he had last seen Reyn and flicked his ears forward, curious as to why she fled.

  • Shadow unfurled his wings against the sharp wind and reared up, letting out a joyful neigh into the gathering storm. His muscles strained as he launched himself into the torrents of water that cascaded down from the sky above. He dipped below the cliff, his hooves skimming the water of the lake. His bright eyes spotted a few young mares from his herd and he took a sharp turn towards them and came to an abrupt landing in front of them. He winked at them and sauntered back towards camp.

  • Reyn gave another strangled scream as the foal tried to come out again. ::FADE::::FADE::

    Reyn smiled slightly at her little filly. She had smelled lilacs when she had realized that the foal had finally been born. Following her family's naming traditions, which was either the first thing you saw, smelt, felt, or the weather the foal was born in, or the time of day. She was modeled slightly after her father, getting his white mane and tail, his structure, even his curiosity. She had inherited her eyes though, and the eye markings, and that was all you had to have to be a part of the family. "Little Lylac." she muttered, touching her filly's side softly.

  • ((It started raining, Reyn flew off, gave birth, and Cinder is confused as to why she left so suddenly.))

  • Thanks!

    Avalanche shook her coat out and cantered towards the forest for shelter from the rain, so she could stay under the trees. The water wasn't bad for her wings, she just didn't like the feel, because it made her wings feel heavy. {{Low muse, sorry.}}

  • Shadow, bored yet again, sauntered lazily through camp, ignoring the pounding rain that bounced of his feathery, iridescent wings. His startling blue eyes were half closed when he heard a twig snap. His head shot up, ears cocked forwards; at attention. He glared through the sheets of water that poured down from the sky and into the dark trees, suspicious.

    Ic: Cindertail casually trotted over to the RiverStone, planting a hoof on the slick, smooth surface. He looked at the many hoof prints of leaders before him, including his own mother's. He sighed, deflating like a balloon before stepping down and wandering around camp, looking for something to amuse himself.

  • Shadow trotted up to Cindertail. "Hello, sir. I've hunted all I could. I swear I've killed every piece of freshkill in the surrounding area. Can I go explore." The curious stallion's startling blue eyes surveyed the camp in boredom.

  • "Go ahead, anyway, if this rain keeps up we'll be moving to the storm caves,'' Cindertail sighed,'' and remember, have you fished out the river?" He added, a very slight smile crossing his muzzle.

  • Avalanche watched the two stallions from the shelter of the trees and yawned. She eyed the rain briefly before trotting out to join them. "I can help, if he hasn't. I've got nothing else to do." She tilted her head and stared inquisitively at Cindertail.

  • ''Its up to him I guess, but I'd say its fine. You two go and amuse yourself, I'm going to the sandpits for now,'' Cindertail whinnied, spreading out his massive wingspan. He started at a walk down the lakeshore, using his wings for balance in the rain torrent.

    Shadow frowned "Darn it. I thiink I forgot. I'll go fish, then." he mutttered, spreading his wings and soaring back into the stormy sky.
