The wind blew as Jayleaf buried his muzzle in Briarheart's fur. "Medicine cats can have mates in this clan you know." He said.

Berrypaw waited for Feathertail. This is so exciting, I get to train with Feathertail. she thought.

Jayleaf nodded and rested his tail on her shoulder.
Feathertail walked out of the warriors den and over to Berreypaw.

Berrypaw jumped with excitement when she saw Feathertail walking towards her. Her golden fur shone in the sun. "What are we going to do today?" she asked.

"Collect moss for the nests." Feathertail said.

Briarheart smiled brushing past him .

Jayleaf followed Briarheart. "So, you don't have a mate."

"No .."she answered padding around camp.

Berrypaw nodded. She dashed off to the elder's den. She took out all the old bedding. LATER Berrypaw came back with lots of moss for the elder's bedding.

Feathertail was impressed by his apprentice. "Hey, let me check that moss for sticks and roots."

"Would you like a sexy brown, long haired tom?" Jayleaf said, his long, brown fur blew in the wind.

"I dont know.."she mewed her sleek spotted fur blew as she padded along.She smiled.

Jayleaf smiled and followed behind her.

"Ok. Don't worry I made sure none of the moss was damp." she mewed.

She flicked her tail as she walked.
