In the year 2019 a new country by the name of Kogami shows up in Europe who knows almost nothing and has yet to make a name for herself. She is looking for a 'big brother' to teach her how to become the best country out there. The little country is right in the middle of Europe but roams around all of Europe, North America, and Asia. But will he fool her into doing his dirty work?
