  • Hiltrude watched from the skies, wwatching carefully. She decided to stay for one night to decide if the girl, either of them, were trouble or not. Then she would set off. She followed the two girls, keeping an eye on them. Neither could be any trouble, but you never knew. The world was a dangerous place, or so Martin always said. Warily glancing at the shadows, she followed them.

  • Jess kept her head low as they walked by another person, but Anna resisted. Standing her ground, she looked directly at the woman, blinked once, twice, then started to move again, this time much faster than Jess. The woman looked up for a few seconds, then threw something sharp into the sky, whizzing past a bird, no, not a bird, a bat! What was a bat doing so close to the city? The woman cursed and picked up the fallen hand knife, and tried to throw it again. "Whoa, what the heck are you doing?" Jess asked, walking up to the woman. "Don't bother me girl! I've got business to do!" She yelled, elbowing Jess in the face. "Anna, stand back" she said, reading herself fir the second fight tonight.

  • The flight was cool and nice, calm too, until a knife whisked straight past her face. Crap! Hiltrude thought, turning and spiraling upwards a few feet. Could it be organization enemies? The RA? her mind whirled. Well, whoever it was, this sudden appearance was no coincidence. Just as she turned to fly down, the second knife flew through the air, catching her off guard. It sliced through her thin wing, creating a rather large hole, and blood. She was high up in the air, and suddenly she was going down. She cursed, forming back into human form as she was falling, and bringing out her sword for the second time that night. Her feet touched the ground lightly, though her fall was rather hard. The knife clashed into the ground behind her, and though it nearly pierced her ear, she didn't move an inch, her sword gleaming in the moonlight. Focusing on the battle, she cut out anyone besides her and the opponent who just tried to kill her.

  • "You again? Mother of Jesus, it seems like people have a death wish for you!" Jess exclaimed, then she lifted Anna on to her back to get her out of the scene. "Wh, what's going on?!" She whimpered. Not responding, she raced off, but not before hearing the woman muttering something about raised pay for killing extra. After hightailing out of there, she placed Anna behind a dumpster and commamded she stay there. She fadded into the shadows, moving smoothly and silently. Jess saw the bloddy fight again, and after witnessing a hard blow to the bat girls side, Jess came out of the shadows and leapt onto the woman, pushing her face into the dirt.

  • Something smashed into her side. Hiltrude stumbled backwards, but caught her footing just as Jess leapt at the girl, pushing the woman's face into the dirt. Hiltrude moved in smoothly, aiming a deep cut to her exposed back. She worked quickly around the shadow girl, pressing her sword threateningly to the woman's chest and flipping her over on her back. She stepped on her hand, which had a knife in it, her crystal blue eyes glowing in the dark of night. "Who are you and who do you work for?" She demanded. She never wasted time gloating. She always went straight to the bone- business. She didn't plan on killing the woman, it just depended who she was. She would just threaten her life to get any information out of her.

  • "Ok, OK! I'm Agatha, and i work for Dark Phoenix. " the woman stuttered out. Jess remained silent barley moving, not wanting to screw anything up.

  • Hiltrude searched Agatha's eyes for a moment, considering the options. Dark Phoenix was a enemy of Arrow Flash. Practically opposites. Arrow Flash hunted down murderers, helped people, went on rescue missions and things of the such. While on the other hand, Dark Phoenix created murderers, killed people, and captured them for ransom. Hiltrude didn't know what Dark Phoenix was up to, but it couldn't be any good. But, thing was, Arrow Flash didn't take prisoners. Than again, she might as well check in with Martin. She straightened. She pulled out her phone, her sword threatening the woman all the while, and dabbed in a number. A few moments later, someone answered the phone. "Hey. I'm in ___ city. Agatha of Dark Phoenix." She said simple keywords, but the person on the other line seemed to understand, and replied. "Got it." She said, hanging up. Her hand on Agatha's hand still, she slipped her sword into the sheathe, and pulled out a small cube. She pressed a button on it, and a light came flashed, and suddenly Agatha was gone. No, not gone, but she seemed to be inside of the small cube. Hiltrude slipped it back into her bag.

  • Jess blinked a couple times after the flash, then looked down, realizing the Agatha was no longer there. She stared at Hiltrude for a moment, wondering whatever the heck this was, she didn't want to be involved. Once again leaving the bat girl, Jess headed to where she left Anna. Holding her hand, they started off once again to her safe area. Anna smiled and looked in Jesses direction. "Your group is gonna be great!" She said. Puzzled, Jess responded "What do you mean? What group?" Anna looked confused as well. "You know, the group you'll have with Hiltrude." This wasn't making any sense. "Who the heck is Hiltrude?!" "The girl that you just met!" Oh. So that what what her name was. "Look, Anna," Jess said, "I don't do groups. I help people in need, then run of so I don't get hurt. Then the next time people are in deep crap, I help them. End of story." Anna grunted. "Well, its still gonna happen."

  • Okay, so that business was done. The person she was hunting down seemed to be gone, from what her previous victim had said. Hiltrude unfolded her injured wing, looking to see how bad it was. The blood was drying around hole that went straight through her wing. She didn't even flinch at the pain. Well, it wasn't all that important. It's not that bad. She was still capable of hunting him down. She couldn't be distracted. Sheathing her sword, she continued down the path, her eyes narrowed. Magnus had to be brought down, at all costs. Even her life. And she would not brake the vow she took two years ago.
Even if it brought her to her deathbed.
