    IC: Palefur hissed in fury and launched himself at the broad-shouldered tom, slashing at his muzzle.

    The Tom hissed and barreled him over growling until a blur knocked him over "KEEP YOU PAWS OFF MY MATE" diamoundfur growled slashing at the Tom he launched knocking them a few back she growled

    Palefur fought beside Diamondfur in a flurry of claws as Birchpaw, Echopaw, and probably Stormpaw and Lillypaw joined the fray.

She meowed as Riverpaw came in sight, the tom was still attacking her, even though she was injured. Please let her be okay! she silently prayed to StarClan. "You have to help her!" She mewed urgently, even though Wolfsong was already helping.

    "Okay." Riverpaw nodded, knowing she was in good paws. "Do you know what is wrong with it?" she croaked, a worried edge in her voice. She kept her leg slightly above the ground, not knowing if any pain would actually come. This won't delay my training, right?

    Daimoundfur leapt redclaw her fur on end "WE TRUSTED YOU" she yowled "we brought you to our home" she scratched his muzzle angrily redclaw swiped "now diamoundfur that's no way to treat your old den mate" he coded evilly diamoundfur stopped suddenly "wh-" she started but redclaw knocked her over growling

    Palefur swiped at Redclaw's muzzle, his claws glinting as another flash of lightning filled the air. Then, he paused. "What does he mean, Diamondfur?" the white tom questioned, suspicion flashing in his icy gaze.

    Nightwisp gasped in pain as another rogue slammed into him and ripped his throat open .


    Echoleaf growled " Well , would you rather die a kit than a brave warrior ?"


    Darkkit noticed something wrong . " I smell Nightwisp ! He's in pain !" she yowled in horror .

    Nightwisp struggled under the rogue's grip , but soon fell limp due to the loss of blood .

    Darkkit sprinted out of the nursery and pressed against her father's limp body . She wailed as she smelled the scent of death .


    Echoleaf stared at the limp body , her eyes showing grief for her mate . She padded towards him .

    Leafpaw's dead paw hung at her side as she hesitated for a moment in the mist of the battle. The young apprentice had barely a full moon of training but didn't hesitate to launch herself at another young cat. She yowled and slashed at the thick pelted cat, hindered by her dead paw.

    Redclaw laughed "diamoundfur hails from our clan" he smiled "we sent her to you with her memory wiped" he smirked evilly diamoundfur struggled to get up tears lined her eyes
    "No it it can't be true" she whispered redclaw smirked evilly
    "Oh but it cat and it is daimoundfur belongs to us" he hissed "and if she does not come with us we will be forced to kill your clan" he growled daimoundfur panicked
    "No please you win just let feather clan go" she pleaded flashing palefur a pleading glance "please don't hurt them" she whispered redclaw nodded
    "Ok I won't" he waved to a black tom cat "tell the others to fall back to the meeting place" he ordered the black tom nodded and ran off diamoundfur looked to palefur and their kits her heart shattered tears slid down her face as she padded to palefur pressing her nose to his head "please take care of them" she whispered and nuzzled each one of her kits saying good bye as she trotted over to redclaw

    "Good," sighed Riverpaw, relief flooding over her. "But I need to help my clanmates." She winced as she watched the cats battling in their camp.

    Palefur wanted to wail aloud as the cat he had loved all his life dashed into the mist. Birchpaw sat beside him, trembling, and Echopaw was silently weeping. A bolt of lightning sliced the air, but Palefur barely flinched. His icy blue eyes were hollow and seemed to be staring at something in the distance. Birchpaw touched his tail-tip to his father's shoulder but Palefur still remained, frozen in grief.

    Daimoundfur looked back as palefur watched she lowered her head and contined walking the lightning mimicked her heart breaking she let her tail drag as redclaw lead her to the cliffs tears flowed silently down her cheeks redclaw looked at her "oh get over yourself you were never ment to be a clan cat anyway" he hissed angrily continuing onward daimoundfurs heart hardened slightly at the tom "yes redclaw" she meowed wiping her face and padding behind him

    Palefur stood still, his ice blue eyes still hollow, as though he hadn't heard Echoleaf. Echopaw nuzzled comfortingly against Echoleaf's side. "I'm sorry for your loss," the tortoiseshell mewed, her voice tinged with grief. Rain pelted down around the small group and in moments Palefur's snowy fur was plastered to his lithe build.
