Zoro nodded. "Let's see. It would be best if Lily or I went first, and you take on her strongest Pokemon last. Sound good?"

Heat nodded lightly "Sounds fair enough, you two break a leg, alright?"

"Alright. I'll go first." Zoro said. "You or Lily can go next."

Gardenia took her side of the field. "Alright! Lets get started!" She threw out a Pokeball, and a Turtwig. The little guy got a look of his opponent, and tilted his head to the side. "Uhh... What's with the human clothes?" He asked. Zoro rolled his eyes. "Why do all Pokemon ask that?"
"You understand him?" Gardenia asked. Zoro rolled his eyes again. "Yes, I'm a Pokemon. Despite speaking English, I understand and speak Pokemon." -
Heat nodded "We'll tell you anything you want to know afterwards"

"Let's begin then. Mind giving us some light Turtwig?" Gardenia said. Turtwig used Sunny Day, casting a warm glow across the field. "Turtwig! Razor Leaf!" Turtwig whipped the sprout on his head towards Zoro, and sent out a barrage of leaves. Zoro responded with Night Daze, the blast scattering the leaves. He quickly rushed forwards with Night Slash. "Grass Knot!" Gardenia called. The grass around Zoro's feet suddenly sprung up and wrapped around his feet, tripping him. "Razor Leaf!" Zoro couldn't free himself in time to escape the assault. After the barrage ended, he slashed at the grass to free himself, then rushed forwards again. "Reflect!" A screen of light appeared in front of Turtwig, and Zoro's claws bounced off it. "Now Razor Leaf!" As Turtwig did this, Zoro quickly used Night Daze, and thanks to him being closer, the wave slammed into Turtwig, sending him sprawling. Zoro was panting heavily, waiting on his opponent. Turtwig struggled to his feet. "Gezz... That hit hard. He groaned. Zoro chuckled. "All I needed was the opportunity to strike." He lifted his arms and slammed them to the ground, sending out another Night Daze. Turtwig was to weak to get out of the way, and was sent flying to Gardenia's feet, where he fainted. "Turtwig! Return." She recalled Turtwig. "I'm impressed. For a wild Pokemon, you fight quite well." Zoro nodded. "Thanks..." He slowly walked off the field. "I'm beat. One more hit would have finished me." He said to the team. Lily helped him to the bench. "You did good out there. You need to work on your speed and reaction time." Zoro rolled his eyes. "So, who's up next?"
