  • Sarah walked into the park, her guitar in her hands. She was a street preformer, and she enjoyed it with all of her heart. She had been doing it since she was fourteen. She made it a profession when she turned eighteen and got it legalized. Today she had decided to preform in the park by the fountain.
She sat down on the rim of the fountain, and set the guitar case open in front of her. She smiled faintly as she tuned her guitar real quick before she began singing. "I had a dream the other night about how we only got one life. Woke me up right after two. I stayed awake and stared at you." Her voice was very good for someone her age, but she never really thought of herself that way. The people gathering around her thought otherwise as she continued singing the song by One Republic.

  • Adam was taking a small walk in the same park as Sarah was. He was singing one of his albums songs. "you let me here like a chalk outline on the sidewalk waiting for the rain to wash away. You keep coming back to the scene of the crime, but the dead can't speak and there is nothing left to say anyway. All you left behind, is a chalk outline." Adam sung. Not caring if anyone heard or not as he continued walking. Soon the black haired male had heard a voice and he turned his head. He gave a small smile when he realized she had a nice voice.

  • Sarah noticed someone familiar in the crowd and recognized it to be Adam, a famous star. She simply went on singing trying her best to ignore him and focus since she usually went off key when she got nervous. Once she finished she smiled thanking the crowd and watching as they put some money into the once empty case.

  • Adam had soon gone over as she finished the song. "You did a good job" he commented as he leaned back. letting himself rest on the fountain, beside Sarah. "Your quite talented, and has a good since to stay on key" he commented once more. He found himself slightly fascinated by Sarah as he soon snapped out of thoughts. He had to focus on a new song for his own band, 'Three Days Grace'.

  • Sarah blushed a bit and turned her grey eyes to her guitar as she began tuning it again. "Thanks, but you are much better." She smiled trying to get over her nerves and looked back at the relatively handsome guy before her. "I am Sarah," She said trying to be polite yet not be shy at the same time.

  • Adam gave a small smile, being as polite as possible. "My names Adam, but I think you already know that" the black haired male gave a small chuckle. "Ever thought of starting a career with that voice?" He asked. He was curious about wanting to know, bit if Sarah didn't want to answer. It was fine with him, he could just wait till later in the years.

  • Sarah shrugged relaxing a bit. "I don't know. So far this is my job. This is how I afford everything I have and pay my bills. Maybe one day I could, but I would probably have to get a lot better," She admitted to him as she finished tuning the guitar. Thinking about how this came from being a hobby to a job saddened her a bit though she simply pushed the feelings aside as she normally did.

  • Adam soon had given a small frown. "I guess it's hard to pay your bills with no money.." He said softly. He gave a small stretch and soon smiled. "How about i help ya a bit" he said as he soon stood back up.

  • Sarah looked up at him a bit skeptical of his offer. "Why would someone so famous want to help a street performer?" She asked curiously as she began counting the money that was left in the case from her performance earlier. She wasn't sure if this was just a fake, but she was willing to figure out if it was first.

  • Adam rolled his eyes slowly as he sighed softly. He mumbled out a few words that where not audible. "I...Like you..." Is what he mumbled. He soon kicked a foot on the ground "that's because I want to help, alright?" He asked.

  • Sarah looked at him for a moment a bit taken back by what he said. She looked at the ground thinking for a moment. It can't be that bad. She sighed as she looked back at him giving in. "Alright, I will let you help. Be careful with liking someone you just met though, you never know what they could be hiding," She warned though in a polite and nonthreatening manner.

  • Adam was shocked at the sudden words. He felt like he was slapped with a two ton brick by the words. Staring off into space for a while as he soon had snapped back to the real world. "Alright, how about we meet here again tomorrow.." He said, having a small exciting plan for her as he shifted.

  • Sarah noticed she hurt him, but she was only telling the truth. It was something her mother always told her as a kid growing up and she always followed it. "Alright, no problem. Want to stick around since I still got a couple songs to sing out here?" She asked wanting to make up what she said a bit.

  • Adam shook his head, pushing away the offer. "I have to get back home, need to figure out a new song for my band" the black haired male said. And he was also slightly tired, staying up all night working on all his songs. He waved goodbye and walked off casually. While he was fallowed by screaming fangirls that he was sometimes annoyed by.

  • Sarah watched as he left and bit her bottom lip a bit. She kind of wanted to get to know him, but she didn't want to like him yet since she just met him. She felt stupid for saying such a thing, but she wanted to keep him at a distance. Kind of like playing hard to get. She sighed and began singing When A Heart Breaks by Ben Rector.
