  • "You're at Clan territory!" Autumnheart hissed, appearing in front of him, her green eyes glaring. "Who are you?" she demanded, her claws stretching out.

  • Autumnheart narrowed her eyes deeper, surrounding the tom. "Why are you here?"

  • Fireblaze, a bright gigner she-cat with cyan blue eyes, pricked her ears as she heard disturbance in the distance. She followed the noises until she met a clanmate and.. And a stranger.

"What's going on?" She asked, switching glances from Shadow to Autumnheart.

  • Fireblaze studied the tom and soon realised that he wasn't going to be hostile. She forced her fur the lie down flat and she stood up from her crouching position.

"Ok, then," She meowed, "So who are you? What's your name?"

  • Autumnheart sat by the tom and flicked her ears. "I'd better bring him to camp," Autumnheart mewed, nudging the tom slightly.

  • Fireblaze looked at the tom, a pang of sympathy shot through her, but she then shook it off,

"We need to make sure that you're not here to cause any harm," She explained, "But if you're just a loner who was at the wrong place at the wrong time, then you should be fine. But if you're not..." Her words trailed off, hoping she wouldn't have to explain.

  • Autumnheart stood up and blinked. "We're not here to hurt you... Shadow? Isn't it? We just need to know why you're here."

  • "Exactly, so let's get going," Fireblaze meowed, standing beside the tom, "There's no need to worry, you'll get fair chance to tell us your side of the story, so come on."

  • "Just follow me, please," Autumnheart mewed, brushing past him, her sweet aroma filled the air.

  • The femmora entered camp and sat down. "Go first," she mewed, dipping her head.

  • "The name's Fireblaze, by the way," Fireblaze whispered into Shadow's ear, hoping that it might be able to help him calm down a bit.

When the three cats returned to camp, Fireblaze noticed that it was a lot more quieter than usual.

"Most cats must be hunting or on patrols," She meowed, mostly to herself, "At least we won't catch too much attention.."
