A kits search for a family!

Red looked around. "I can smell fox, maybe it abandoned a burrow not to far away from here." He thought out loud.

Red nodded. "Follow me." He meowed as he began to pad away.

He came up to a big thorn bush. The tendrils were closely tangled. Red sighed. "I can see the burrow on the other side." He commented as he searched for a quick way through.

"What?" he asked just before turning around. When he did he saw the dark orange coat of the fox. He folded back his ears and bared his teeth, but doubt lingered in his mind. "Get ready to run." He growled through his teeth.
