    Forget all you know about the Hunger Games, this is a new year, the 100th game, the 4th Quarter Quill. The last game ever.


    My name is Lilliana Coin, I am Alma Coin's grandaughter and the leader of the rebellion. 25 years ago my grandmother tried but they failed, the onethey thought would lead them to victory was the one that cost them it all. Katniss Everdeen, that horrible trader, she gave up the rebellion all cause the capital captured Gale. She ran to him and left us all to be slaughtered, my mother was from district 2 and went back before I was born. I was raised as all those in district 2, I was raised to kill. This year is my year to be tribute, I will put an end to this madness.


    This years rules are different, they never want to repeat a quarter quell so this year they have no past victors. The last quarter quill consisted of two victors from each district for those who don't know, this Quarter Quill will have four tributes from each district, encluding district 13. No victors are allowed, and the age of selection has been changed. No one under the age of 16 or over the age of 18 is allowed to participate. The wanted to have a better show, make it harder, the arena is larger and there are a lot more challenges than ever before. Their goal, kill everyone, have no victor for the forth Quarter Quill. What they don't know is there will be no loser, no death, no game.


    We've developed a way to communicate between the districts, we've went underground. It's hard to hide from the capital, but the best hiding spot is right under their nose. Only select people know the way to the passages and you have to go through channelles to get to that person. Only one person knows all those involved in each district, I am the one of district 2. We have all the tributes planned out, we are all volunteering this year. So where are you from, tell us your district and why you chose to be one of the volunteers.
