Goldkit needs friends,family, and maybe even a crush!

    Goldkit got up from her nest and stretched. Goldkit looked and saw that her mother was't there. Where is Morningwing(Goldkits mother)? Goldkit wen't out of the nursery and saw some of the apprentices practicing battle moves. Oh how I wish i was an apprentice she thought. But she still hadn't seen Morningwing. She went to go walk around the camp but then she smelled her mother. but she smelled different. But still anyways she kept going and saw that Morningwing was dead.

    ---americankit was in the clearing playing with a brown leaf,he gave a small smile of content as he heard the soft crackling from the dead plant,unaware of goldkit's problem. he soon began swatting it away before getting bore of his little game,his creamy-tanish fur glistening in the sunlight along with his sky blue optics which glowed lively. this is when he decided to take a tour of the camp,even though he had explored it like a jillion times. okay,maybe now he was exaggerating but didn't seem to care as he wore his little smile. his favorite colors,blue,white,and red for no specific reason or so he thought. he pranced along until stopping seeing goldkit "hey!" he piped out tipping his head to the side "what's the matter?"

    Rainpaw padded up to Goldkit and Americankit and saw what happened to Morningwing. She went over to Goldkit and sat beside her to comfort her.'' I am so sorry Goldkit.'' she said calmly'' Come lets leave your mother's body in peace and go somewhere else to sit'' she said standing up and padding away waiting for the tow kit to follow

    -americankit slowly followed looking at the stiff corpse one last time,the smile had became a frown,he soon followed after rainpaw and goldkit. today wasn't his day nor was it anyone else's.

    Goldkit looked back at her mother and a pain as sharp as claws surged through her. She stll hadnt known why she died and Goldkit wanted to find out.

    Stormpaw heard the bad news about Morningwing's passing from the other apprentices and instantly started worrying about Goldkit. Throughout the moons he found himself good friends with her cute kit. He raced over to her as soon as he got the chance. "I'm so sorry," he mewed and nuzzled her. "Everything will be alright, I promise."

    "Thanks Stormpaw. I'll be alright" Goldkit lied. She didn't know what to do now.A million of questions where in her mind and she couldn't stop thinking about morningwings passing.

    -americankit watched the interaction between the two and kept silent,he usually hung out with different cats like the warriors,elders,and some of the apprentices. he bit his tongue deciding to be silent,the big fluffy american shorthair closed his eyes slowly.

    Goldkit sat down at the entrence of the nursery waiting for something to clear her mind off Morningwing.

    -"um...goldkit...do ya wanna do somethin' or you just want to be left alone?" he asked curiously,he wanted to know for if she did want to be left alone he would listen willingly. his sky blue optics glowing dimly.

    -americankit peeked into the nursery curiously and closed his eyes giving a soft sigh trying to figure out things,the creamy furred american shorthair soon went back to the leaf he had been playing with before and waited pawing at the dead brown leaf.

    Rainpaw padded back up to americankit and sat next to him. " Just give goldkit a little time and be a good friend to her and make sure she is alright. Maybe if you do that she will be her old self again soon. " rainpaw said softly.
