IC: After drying off her hooves, the towel remained a white color as she continued up to her muzzle. No mud was left on her coat to change the color of the clean towel. Nothing. When Rainbow uttered the words 'I love ya', Applejack froze to stare at her. After the cyan Pegasus saved herself with the friend card, the farm mare felt less tense.
"Ah guess Ah love ya as a friend too." Applejack replied. She did not like using the L word when addressing ponies outside her family. It felt awkward and unnecessary.

Rainbow Dash took that moment to dry the water off of her face, though it was more to hide her red cheeks than to get rid of the water. She was well aware what Applejack didn't mean, but it was fun to pretend once in a while.

"So next we have..." Aloe mused as Rainbow Dash took to her own towel, looking over one of the tickets, which she'd conveniently attached to a clipboard, "Ah, here! Massage is next. If you two will just follow me..." Without further delay, the earth pony turned, leading the way toward the massage tables one the other end of the room.

Applejack discarded her now damp towel into a nearby bin as she followed Aloe. She was already enjoying the trip to the spa, though the other event would have been a little more enjoyable.
Pushing that thought aside, the farm mare gave her attention to the happenings at hand. "So, how does this one work?" She asked as they approached the tables.

Each table had a series of padded impressions that made it look like somepony had lay in them long enough to made a dent. "You simply lay down and let us take care of you, miss Applejack. I assure you you'll feel much better afterwards- I can't say I spend much time doing heavy labor myself, but I know how tense it can make somepony."

As Aloe mentioned tenseness, as if on command, a sudden aching feeling clung to her back. "So we just climb up on here and lay down?" Applejack asked as she started to raise a hoof. She felt like she was asking way too many questions, but she kept asking for information. It was a habit of hers to ask a lot of questions about something she had no clue about. Sometimes it would get her in trouble, but she didn't mind too much.

"Since this is all mainly physical, race-specific treatments depend on what bodily features the customer possesses. There are no wings to preen, no horns to polish or file. After a moment of silent thought, Aloe finally had an idea. "If I remember correctly, we used to offer a horseshoe exchange, actually. When the rock farms dried up though, we rescinded all offers of the service. Nowadays, it's almost black market to offer, due to how rare the materials are. For you, however, we could make an exception. Lotus, check the smith on some supplies!" Lotus gave a makeshift salute before breaking off to do just that. "Wrong hoof..." Rainbow Dash commented from her table.
