You felt your skin roll uneasily. Fog swirled around you as you passed through gnarled and twisted trees. Darkness covered everywhere and you could have sworn you saw shadows move around you, following you. You whipped around quickly, yellow eyes peering out at you. You froze in horror, only to blink and find them gone. Confused, you looked closer only to feel the breath knocked from you. You struggle for a moment only to be pinned down by a large black tom. The same yellow eyes burned into yours. "Who are you." the stranger hissed. He gave a warning growl and stepped off of you, listening to your answer. "You want to walk in the shadows, yes? Very well, you look strong enough. You'd be a good addition." he said, turning to go. He paused for a moment and turned back. "Don't think on betraying us. You can't tamper with darkness, because it will come back and haunt you." he said before disappearing into a swirl of fog.
