"I, well...nothing. Nothing important." Olive blubbered, her face looking flustered. She knew that Hawkeye wouldn't be one to tease her, but still. And besides, wasn't it obvious?
"I might have a thing for Havoc. Might. Just kidding, I really do-but, you know...I'm not," Oliver sighed as she gestured to herself, up and down. "his 'type'."
"But yeah, I'm excited for the trip. If we can't get married, then we might as well be friends, right?"

  • Riza laughed. "You'd better be careful about what you say, Olive. There are fraternization laws, you know." Riza was all too familiar with the laws. She loved Roy, but no one could ever find out, for it could jeopardize Roy's ambition to be Fuhrer one day. And nothing was worth destroying the most important thing in his life: his goals. While Roy was the most important thing to Riza, she doubted she was to him.

    "I'm here, I'm here!"
Oliver rushed into Central Station, waving her luggage bag and ticket. Her face was flushed, breathless, and her short hair flew are her face. She had changed out of her uniform, and into a straight, lined dress with gray, fur-lined jacket and dark combat boots. In Olive's eyes, this trip was more of a vacation than a business trip, as she wouldn't be doing much while they were there. This was one of the few times she was thankful to be a private.
"Sorry. I had to let out Black Hayate, pack, change, all that good stuff." She smiled, slumping down onto the seat next to Riza. "And uh...look up the fraternization laws..."

  • Sally was in an apartment reading one of her father's books and practicing her alchemy, she clapped her hands together and then threw them on a table where an explosion of dust blew up in her face and was going out the window as well making a tower of smoke and dust high above the apartment building. She waved the dust away from her and was coughing "ok what did I do wrong?" she went to the book and skimmed back through it

  • Riza laughed. "And what did you find out?" she asked, hoping Olive wouldn't notice her hopeful interest.

Roy stood at Central station alongside Riza, looking around for all of the others. Some already there, some not. Regardless, the waiting would continue until everyone was ready.
Isis rushed into Central Station, carrying a small suitcase. The alchemist looked around until finding Riza and Roy waiting, and walked over there. She held a ticket to the train, calm and casual.

  • "Hello Colonel, Amatarou," Riza said in greeting, hoping Roy hadn't heard her and Olive's discussion of the fraternization laws. How embarrassing that would be, she thought.

  • Astrid sprinted through the train station trying to find Riza and Roy. She had overslept and has been mumbling profanities all the way from her apartment. Spitting her long hair out of her mouth she continued sprinting and cursing until she finally spotted the colonel. Astrid sighed with relief, but she tripped over her own feet. She stumbled and rolled, tumbled, and cursed her way to Roy's feet. Landing on her back, she looked up to Riza and Roy's confused faces. Despite her embarrassment, she saluted and stiffened her spine.
"Second Lieutenant Faustus reporting for duty sir," Astrid is the queen of awkwardness, and believed this was a full on military mission. She was still in her uniform, but her usual military jacket was replaced with a black tank top.

  • ooc: if Astrid is a state alchemist, she can't be a 2nd lieutenant, as the rank is below that of a majors :)

ic: Riza smiled. "Hello, Faustus," she said.

  • Sally collected all of her books and left the apartment thinking I think it's time for me to move again she sighed and began walking towards the station so she could be away from those who might try to take her fathers books

  • OOC- oh WELL THEN

IC- Astrid relaxed and lifted herself off the ground.
"Well, now that I'm here, what exactly are we doing?" Astrid asked with a lopsided grin. She had been doing paperwork when she heard the Colonel and Riza talking about recruiting someone, but she knew none of the details.

[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 360px; font-family: arial; font-size: 10px;][justify]Olive smiled as Astrid tumbled her way into the station, her wild red hair caught in her face. If there was anyone as awkward in the military as Oliver, it would be Astrid. Probably the main reaosn they were friends, actually.
"Good morning, Major Faustus." The private smiled brightly, giving Astrid a small salute as she scooted over on the bench to make room for her. "We both just made it, huh? The train's going to be here in, oh..." She looked up at the large clock that stood in the middle of the station. "A few minutes? More or less. Hey, where's the rest of 'Team Mustang'...?"

"Yeah, Breda, we get it, we get it. Now, give me a light, will you?"
Heymans Breda rolled his eyes before shoving his hand into his pack, searching for his lighter. Jean, Heymans, Vato, and Kain were all walking towards the Central Station to meet up with Mustang and Riza, who were supposed to be waiting there for them. What the reason they were going south for was, Havoc had totally forgotten. All he knew was that there was some sort of alchemist that they were talking to. Why Team Mustang needed go? No idea. Doesn't really matter, I guess.
"Hey! Mustang!" Havoc trotted over to where the colonel, Hawkeye, Astrid, and Oliver sat. He slapped Roy on the back (a little too hard, but who cares), smiling, his unlit cigarette hanging out of his mouth.
"Since Breda's a little too slow, how about you give me a light? All you have to do is snap your fingers, anyways..." After noticing Roy's annoyed grimace, Jean held his hands up and slumped onto the bench next to Olive, who for some reason was gaping her mouth open and closed like a fish, her face a bright red.
"Fine, fine. I'll go without one for now." He leaned back into the bench and gave Olive a smile.
"Morning, Private. Hey, were you going to ask me something earlier today? I thought-"
"Um, uh no! Of course not! Why would I-I mean, I never said anything-I need to use the lady's room! Bye!" With that, the flushed girl hopped up from her seat and scrambled away, not even towards the bathrooms.
    Hmph. Ooo-kay, then.

  • -Riza Hawkeye-

Riza grinned. "Well, that's all of us," she said. Soon, the train arrived, and the team climbed on and found an empty military compartment. Riza sat down in a booth, and Roy slid in next to her.

    -Lust-
Lust walked out onto the balcony where Gluttony and Envy were waiting for her. "I've got news," she said. "And you're not going to like it."

    OOC

    IC
Roy looked over at Riza. "So, a great alchemist....I remember how long ago when we were telling Ed his options." Roy commented with a smirk.
Isis shrugged. "Eh, the last name Amatarou just sort of hurts me when spoken." She told Riza calmly.

  • Sally began rushing "i hope I don't miss this train" she told herself and got to the station, she began looking around and saw the train then took a breathe "good I didn't miss it" she said quietly and headed for the train

  • Astrid slapped a hand over her mouth to keep from laughing at her friend. She could tell from the start she is into Havoc. But, her best friend was to awkward to talk to him. They where friends because of their shared awkwardness, so she couldn't tease her about it without sounding like a hypocrite. Astrid leaned back on the bench in boredom. But looked over at Havoc, he seemed good for Olive, so she approved. She would have to set something up for the two of them. Astrid closed her eyes as she waited for the train. If Olive didn't suck it up and talk to him Astrid would have to get involved. Sighing, Astrid rubbed her palms. She had gotten her alchemy tattooed into her palms and they had finally healed. Making yet another exasperated noise Astrid fell over on the bench, using Havoc's shoulder as a foot rest. Patience isn't her strongest trait and waiting for too long drives her insane.

  • -Riza Hawkeye-

Riza sighed. "That seems like it was so long ago," she said. She turned and smiled at Roy. "And look where he is now! He is one impressive child."
