Solarpaw tilted her head as she walked toward the crowd "what's happening?' she asked fighting back a yawn

Velvet looked at Jaypaw "What's a friend?" She asked

Owl heard cats talking far away -
She looked startled "A friend? Oh...I guess its someone who is nice to you and hangs out alot with you"

"Can I be your friend? And that toms friend? And everyone's friend? Is that possible? Or can you only have one friend?" Velvet squeaked

"Yeah, you can be everyone's friend" she smiled and looked at Nightpaw "She can be your friend...right?"

Velvet looked at him with her one, non scarred eye. She yelped as one of her injured legs gave way, and she slumped on the ground.

Ravenwing nudged her younger brother. "Yeah sure whatever.." Nightpaw muttered shaking Firekit off of him again, Firekit giggled and curled her tail around his paw.

Jaypaw smiled at Nightpaw and poked his nose again "Good." she purred

Velvet smiled and giggled "Thank you" she said softly "My first friends!" She squeaked "Yay!" She purred, when she stood she fell again. She let out a small 'oof' and stayed on the ground.

"Yes and you can play with your friends later.. now come with me so we can heal your wounds.." Ravenwing sighed.
Nightpaw grumbled and walked away. 'W-wait for me!" Firekit said chasing him. :No i'm leaving camp for a bit you can't come.." He growled

"I'm coming" Jaypaw announced in a singsong voice and bounced after him "Wether you like it or not" she started walking beside him.

The apprentice growled and tried again "what's going on?"

Staticstar sighed watching this, she leapt down from the frozen rock, which doesn't ever melt. (It is literally a frozen rock) she padded over to Velvet and Ravenwing "What happened?" She asked softly
Velvet nodded and walked over to Ravenwing

"Well you see.. this kit came into camp and she's injured.." Ravenwing said.
Nightpaw grumbled and remained silent as he left camp

Staticstar nodded "Make sure she is well rested, I'm going to get her something to eat." She murmured "Go with. Ravenwing, Velvet" she murmured nudging her to the medicine cat.
Velvet nodded "Ok, Rosey!" She squeaked limping towards Ravenwing
