Altens: The Beginning
History
Before the Earth became the hell-hole it is now, there was little worries. The economy was going well all around the world, medical studies were thriving, and we were even on track for a Peace Treaty that would bring all of the countries into one big, happy family. Too bad that didn't happen. Towards the new year, they appeared. They beings our doom-bearers the Alteniens, or Altens for short. And we were stupid enough to believe these creatures were going to be friendly, maybe help us with some of their advanced technology. How stupid and naive we humans can be. Once the first few thousand arrived- after the original hundred- we knew something was up, and we were right to be suspicious. They began killing us, not by the tens, not by the hundreds, not even by the ten-thousands. They killed five-million innocent people in only a few weeks. The human mind isn't even capable of thinking of a million of anything, much less five of the big ones. Go ahead, try to imagine a million pens, or maybe a million cellphones. A little hard, isn't it? And to put the cherry on top, they've began destroying the Earth's natural features such as hills, limestone caves, hot springs, oh, not to mention during their ruthless killing spree they decided to destroy half of Mount Kilimanjaro. Sounds super friendly, right?
Alteniens
The Alteniens are aliens from the planet Altens. Their skin has pores which are similar to our own but are bigger. The pores are pretty visible if you're standing right next to one, but that probably won't happen unless you're already dead. They are viscous, cruel creature that care for nothing but themselves. Embedded in each Altenien's right hand is a plasma-shooter sort of thing. Try not to get shot by that or you'll be in major trouble.
The Alliance
So, what I understand of this agency, it's some sort of extraterrestrial enforcement group that has been making alliances with planets outside of our planet for a few decades now. According to them, they had alliances with about seven planets outside of our solar system; this information wasn't leaked out to the public after the Alteniens arrived. These alliances didn't mean much. Apparently before the stupid Alteniens arrived they destroyed those seven planets like they were nothing. I'm guessing Earth is going to be a little more of a challenge.

*History: Akita was living a fairly ordinary life before this happened. She was actually pretty content with her simple life as a barista in the cramped coffee shop, living in a one bedroom apartment with a roommate (see ). But when the Alteniens came everything turned upside down. She lost contact with everyone she knew- exept for her roommate- and became lost. What else do you do in an apocolypse? Stand up and fight? No, you get scared, really scared, and try to hide. Eventually she decided hiding wasn't the answer; it was time to fight. She's now looking for The Alliance.
