    Whitefoot was sitting in the branch of a tree, watching the birds. He almost fell out when he recognized the shadow of two cats at the bottom of a mountain. Did another Clan follow us here? he mewed to himself. He scrambled down the tree and sprinted towards the direction of the cats' shadows.

    "You'll have to ask our leader first," Whitefoot mewed, licking one of his white paws.
