Embren squealed as he was barreled into. Slowly, the dibbun turned his head around to face the creature. "STOAT!! Ah, he's attacking me!" Scartooth poked his head into the bush, slamming his paw over Embren's mouth.

Drizzle tipped his head to the side in confusion when Windy dove into a bush at the sight of the pine marten, merely walking onward toward the pine marten. He froze at the loud shriek from the bush Windy had dove into and jumped into as well, landing in between a shrew and Windy. "What are you squealing about?" He growled irritatingly.
-
Embren screamed as the wildcat came in to view, getting pushed once more into a deeper section of the bush by Scartooth. The rat grinned sheepishly. "Ah, heh, heh.., Woodlanders, right?"
-
"What?" Drizzle hissed, prying some brambles out of his way to be greeted by the sight of a shrew and a rat.
-
Scartooth kept grinning while trying to cover Embren in an assortment of brambles, leaves, and twigs. "Hah, you see nothing, alright?" He tried to help Windyfoot to his paws.
-
"Don't play dumb, rat, I saw the shrew. It's ok, alright, I don't care who your friends are. If I did, you and the shrew and the stoat would be fighting for your lives right now." Drizzle said with a half grin. A serious little bobcat cub indeed.
-
Embren piped up. "Really? Do you want to play with us? We were watching Darkk-" Scartooth slapped his paw across the shrew's mouth once more. "Agh. Erm, sorry about your friend, here. Windyfoot, I think."
-
Windyfoot weakly smiled at the shrew. "Scartooth! Ah, I should've known that was who you were always sneaking off to see. I live here, too, you know!" He nudged the rat playfully. "You could've told me. I'm not going to tell the adults-- or that cousin of yours. They pick on me, too!"
-
Scartooth was Suprised to hear this kind of playful reaction from the stoat, who was always scared of most others. "Really? You promise?"
-
Windy stuck his tongue out in a perky manner. "Cross my heart and hope to die, matey!" He paused, with a seemingly happy glance at Drizzle.
-
Scartooth grinned and yanked Embren out of his terribly made hiding spot at the answer to his question. "Did you hear that? Alright!"
OOC- That is not Cringe. ;)
-
"Why so secretive about the shrew, if I may ask?" Drizzle piped up curiously, walking around Scartooth to sniff the shrew.
-
"Agh, erm, let's say people around here aren't very happy with woodlanders at the moment..." Scartooth wrung his paws, exchanging glances with Windyfoot for help if the wildcat was to attack. Embren piped up. "Hi!"
-
Windy shrugged, mouthing, I can't fight. He most likely won't attack. The stoat shrugged. "Maybe later, 'kay? Come on, Drizzle, let's go get the bow I was talking about.."
OOC- Haha :)
-
"Hello." Drizzle said to the shrew with a dry smile before turning back to Windy. "Don't be telling me what to do, Windy. I'm right behind you, period." He growled, again not menacingly. He was always on guard and now feeling guarded over Windy.
-
Windyfoot cringed and shrunk down. "Sorry!"
-
"Don't be so scared of me, Windy. What'll happen when I'm full grown? You gotta toughen up a bit." Drizzle said nonchalantly but warily.
-
Windyfoot winced. "I can try." He slunk behind a tree and grabbed what seemed to be his father's weapon. "We can't test it out here. He'll kill me."
-
"Then let's go. If he tries to kill you, don't expect him to be standing long." Drizzle growled.
-
"Heh.." The stoat mused with an uncomfortable smile. He started walking, quickening his pace as the clearing came into view.
