"Allow me to write it out for you!" Egg man growled, a Gatling gun revealing itself from the left and right side of the mech, firing at Sonic.

Sonic rushed to pick up Amy before dodging the bullets fired at him. He jumped back and hid just fair enough so Eggman couldn't see them before setting Amy down, saying, "Stay here while I give Eggman a taste of his own medicine. You can wait a while, right?" He winked before rushing off, not waiting for an answer.

"W-Wait Sonic!" Amy quickly said, but it was too late... Eggman seemed as if he was out to kill sonic.. Not capture him. "Come out you little bug!" He shouted, attempting to shoot Sonic after finding him out of the hiding spot.

"Over here," Sonic laughed, not noticing the difference in Eggman's intentions. Then he rushed to the front and made a face. "Hey slowpoke, can'tcha keep up?"

"Try and keep up with my heat-seeking missiles, Hedgehog!" From the side of the mech, launched two small missiles, but, they moved at a deadly fast speed.

"Woah!" Sonic managed to pace just ahead of the missiles before cutting a short turn right next to Eggman's robot, hoping they weren't able to make the turn.

But, to Sonic's surprise, they did turn, and seemed to pick up speed.

Sonic looked over his shoulder and grit his teeth, running faster. Usually the missiles would just land behind him and miss, but these ones kept following...? Sonic stopped abruptly and waited for a millisecond before taking off again, hoping once more the missles would target the spot he was at and be too late to resume following him.

Just as Sonic planned, the missile did hit, and cause a medium sized explosion. But, the other missile kept following after him.

OOC; ou of curiosity do you still remember what we're doing?
"Yes! One down," Sonic laughed in triumph. He started running circles around Eggman's robot, looking behind him to see if the missile was following.

a short recap is Eggman uses all of Sonic's friends to bait him into surrendering. Sonic's friends get free while sonic is taken, and his friends plan how to get him back. :3

"S-Stop that you bug!" The man demanded, trying to keep track of the chasing missile.

Sonic got closer and closer to the machine until he got so close his arm was almos brushing the metal. He suddenly pushed off of the 'bot with one foot, sending him flying in the opposite direction.

The mech was sent spinning, Eggman keeping steady by holding on to the metal. "You good for nothing-!"

"..? Where did the missile go?" Sonic looked behind him on both sides. "I didn't hear an explosion..."
