Some people have gifts.Some are fast, athletic, pretty or smart. Others can sing like sirens, or paint like Vango. Then there are the extremely well gifted ones, and in these rarest of ranks, on special occasions they can have powers. now these powers aren't extremely powerful, they can't explode city blocks, and there are rules, and limitations. Such as:
1.No killing people
2.No exposing your powers
3.You must serve as a protector until the age of 45, then and only then, if you wish to retire you can, but if you want you can still be a protector.
4. You can't refuse to help someone in need, No matter what.
5.Please put 'Stand and deliver' somewhere in your form if you read these rules, and the plot, but don't make it obvious.
6. Failure to abide by these rules ad result in anything from a 1,000,000$ Fine, to death.

Reading future Thoughts:
Pro:
Able to read anyone's thoughts and feelings that they will have in the future.
Con's:
[li]Can only read one person's mind at a time.[/li]
[li]Can only read the thoughts they're going to be thinking[/li]
[li]Can only read their thoughts for short periods of time.[/li]
[li]Can't control when it happens.[/li]
Seeing into the Future:
Pro:
You can see anyone's future, as well as the lace,time, and disaster that will take place.
Con's:
[li]Can only see the future for short periods of time[/li]
[li]If you read all of these powers put gifts in your form, but don't make it obvious[/li]
