  • Ambervine looked around then heard a scurry of feet. She looked in the direction of the sound and saw a water vole by the river. Ambervine crouched down in hunter's position and creep forward. The water vole's head shoot up and looked at her. The water vole gave a little shreek and took off. Ambervine shoot through the woods, zipping past trees and shrubs, kicking up the leaves next to her. She ran across the bridge over the river that marked the boundy between Thunderclan and Riverclan. Suddenly the big oaks turned into reeds and marsh but she kept running. Her focus was on the water vole and as the Riverclan scent got stronger, she didn't notice and the water vole ran into a big patch of reeds in front of her. She spat angirly then noticed the patch of reed the water vole had gone into. She swung her head around and realized, horrified she was in the heart of Riverclan territory. She heard a rustle in the bushes and spun around. A handsome young tom stepped out of the bushes and saw her. The tom was looking at her curiously. He looked at her and said calmly...

  • An orange-and-white pelt appeared from the reeds. Owlstorm, a RiverClan warrior, scented ThunderClan. The she-cat's fur began to fluff up. What do they want this time? she hissed to herself. She soon saw Ambervine through the corner of her eye and hissed. "What are you doing here, ThunderClanner?" she growled.

  • Ambervine bowed her head respectfully. I though it was a tom-cat... Ambervein shuddered at her mistake. " I have accidentaly crossed the border and landed here. I hope you would accept my apologie and if you would be so gracious to let me go, I will be of no trouble." Ambervein smiled and hoped that her worst fears would not come true.

  • Owlstorm rolled her eyes, but then nodded. "Yeah, yeah," she mewed. "I got kits to take care of too."

  • Ambervine narrowed her eyes and bit back a sharp comment. "I will leave now." Ambervine waited for the cats answer.

  • A jet black tom bounded up to the squabbling duo, and narrowed his eyes as he scented Thunderclan.

"What's going on here?" growled Stonewind.

  • Stonewind frowned, and scowled at the Thunderclanner. Her stupidity surprised him.

"Do you want us as your enemies as well as Shadowclan and Windclan?" hissed the jet black tom. "Get off our territory!"

  • Ambervine felt a growl at the back of her throat. She sneezed because the smell of Riverclan was so strong. The tom was still glaring at her .She smiled slyly. She turned to the other cat. "Fine then," She spun around and then looked back. "It's not like it was all my fault. The Riverclan boundries were not strong." She was not meaning to be rude, for she had deep respect for Riverclaners.

  • Sapphirestorm padded up a little worried from the thunderclan side of the border " Hey is everything going alright?" She asked twitching her tail before noticing the two river clan warriors here "Ambervine what are you doing here?" She asked unsheathing her claws just incase there was any misunderstanding.

  • "Your brilliant warrior," growled Stonewind, unsheathing his claws at the sight of the Thunderclan cat's own unsheathed ones, "had the equally brilliant idea to wander on to our territory. Why, with ideas like that, I'm sure they just shine with their brilliance!"

The jet black warrior's voice dripped with sarcasm as he glared at the new she-cat. "Honestly, I sometimes wonder if your clan isn't stupid. We're your one ally left in the forest, and you just trespass like you own the place!"

  • Ambervine furiously spat and said," At least we aren't mouse-brained fools that think floundering around in the water and and being proud of getting our paws wet is any way to stay alive! If you think Thunderclaners just sit here when being insulted, think again!" She opened her mouth and jumped at the she-cat, rage over flowing, aiming for her neck.

  • Owlstorm hissed and blocked Ambervine's attack. "Stop this now or you will be brought to our leader," she growled. "He'll get some sense into you."

  • OoC: There are three of us: Stonewind, Owlstorm, and Sapphirestorm. This is a fight you can't win. I seriously suggest running.

Enraged by the Thunderclanner's idiotic attack of his clanmate, Stonewind lashed out, claws extended, at the she-cat's face.

"You piece of foxdung! How dare you cross in to our territory, and then attack our patrol! I was right, Thunderclanners are idiots!" He screeched loudly as he struck at her.

  • Ambervine screeched as the blow hit her face and she spat at them, "You'll regret the day we crossed paths!" She said it with so much meaning, that she saw that the cats were convinced. she turned around and stalked off. She knew that some day, they would cross paths and she would tear them apart.

  • Stonewind hissed at the retreating she-cat in contempt. After she had left, he growled, "What a mousebrain. I hope she never gets in to any kind of position of power - she'd probably start all sorts of wars."

The thought of war reminded him of Thunderclan's plight, and he growled his displeasure and feelings of helplessness.

    "Stupid furball."

  • Stonewind shrugged, and said, "No, I just said those things to vex her. I don't actually believe Thunderclan is stupid. They've got their fair share of decent warriors, even if they are a bit... eager to break the Warrior Code at times."

Sighing, Stonewind sniffed the air, and said, "She was right about one thing through, the scent markers are starting to fade a bit. We should reset them."
