• Brightpaw tensed for a second, not expecting that. Then, He smiled slightly, the cat had fallen into his paws. But he didn't know about this one, He could be the one he decided to keep. "You think so?" He chuckled sligthly. "I think I'd have talked to you by now, handsome."

  • "Hmmph., If I allowed it." He teased, a smirk curling across his maw. The apprentice leaned back, making sure to keep the thunderclan cats in his sight.

  • "Allowed it?" Brightpaw moved back like he was offended, but he let himself smile. He toke a step foreward again, back to where he was. "As if I'd need your premission." He joked slightly.

  • Hourpaw stuck his nose up in the air, sniffing disdainfully. He was kidding of course. "Vermin like you don't deserve the dirt under my paws." he teased, purring.

  • Brightpaw scoffed, before a purr arose in him. "Vermin?" He echoed. "You Thunderclan cats have no clue what Vermin is and what prey is." He toke a joking stab at the fact that they eat Land prey most of the time.

  •
Hourpaw looked at him, eyes sparkling. "Thats why we eat you instead, duh." He said softly, rolling his eyes. "Even a kit knows that." he teased.

  • Brightpaw purred in amusement. "You want to eat this?" He refered to his self. "I highly doubt you would find me appitizing."

  • "Eh, you're probably right. You are pretty boney. " He replied, purring.

  • "Boney?" Brightpaw asked, jokingly. "Maybe you're just fat." Brightpaw chuckled and jabbed Hourpaw's stomach gently, not hard enough to hurt.

  • "Hey! I am not fat!" He retorted, rolling his eyes. "Look whose talking, you live in a clan full of fat cats!" That earned him a couple of glares from some Riverclanners, but he didn't care.

  • "Hey! Just because they don't know how to watch their weight, doesn't mean I don't!" That earned Brightpaw a few werid looks.

  •
He purred in amusement, flicking the others nose with his tail lightly. "Sure, whatever you say."

  • Brightpaw cuffed at Hourpaw's tail as it hit his nose. But He purred slightly. He offered Hourpaw a smile, not one of his fake ones, a real one.

  •
His purr soon died out as a couple of his own clanmates shot him a few glares. Perhaps he was getting too friendly with this tom.

  • Brightpaw tried to not care what his own clanmates thought. They were already not fond of him. Because his mother dissapeared when he was two moons and they thought she ran off to another clan, maybe to be with a mate? Some of them thought Brightpaw was from that mate (That might not excist), But his father was Riverclan all the same. The dark tom, who was his father, walked passed, shooting Brightpaw a slightly netural, unhappy look. Brightpaw backed up, looking like a wounded kit.

  •
Hourpaw flattened his ears against his head, a look of confusion plastered on his face. He didn't understand. Why couldn't he communicate with a tom from another clan? It wasn't like he was begging him to be with him or anything, right? So it had to be okay just to talk to him.

  • Brightpaw smiled at Hourpaw. Then the gathering really began, with the leaders talking. Brightpaw looked up. "We should shut up now, or they might claw our tounges out."

  • Hourpaw nodded, looking up at the leaders and letting out a small sigh

  • Brightpaw also nodded. He looked up, trying to listen. But He was being distracted by his new toy. He didn't know him well enough to ask him to ditch with him so he sat there and watched the cat.

  •

His ears swiveled slightly, growing bored. Usually, this was the time where he went around other territories because he could. Without a word, he slipped away from the crowd, unnoticed.
