  • Brightpaw followed her, forcing himself to put weight on the foot although it hurt, to appear graceful. "OKay." Brightpaw said, throguh grritted teeth.

  • IC: She grabbed the prey in her mouth and crossed the river. She then turned and waited patiently, wondering if he could make it across with an injured leg.

  • Brightpaw began to cross like he was confident he could do this. But halway in, His leg gave way and into the river Brightpaw went. He managed to grabb onto the stone so he didn't get washed away> Brightpaw hated this, there was no control.

  • IC: She gasped. "Brightpaw!". She jumped across and got to the stone where he was hanging for dear life. She knelt down on her haunches and pulled him by the scruff. It might hurt, this was the only way to get him out without her falling in.

OOC: I'm sure when I will be back on busy day xD I'll see if I can get on soon

  • Brightpaw was small for his age, so this was easy. He felt like a small kit when this was done though, so he frowned slightly. "Thanks." He mummered.

((I'm sorry. ;w; I sort of fell asleep.))

  • OOC: You're fine :P

IC: She still had a concerned look on her face. "We need to hurry back before you get hypothermia", she said, sharply.

  • Brightpaw probably shouldn't walk but he got down and tried away. Brightpaw walked again, gritting his teeth at the pain. He slipped again, but caught himself this time.

  • IC: She flinched, seeing him slip and regain his footing. That was close

  • Brightpaw forced himself to be more graceful than he should with his leg. He went slowly, but didn't slip and managed to not look stupid.

  • IC: Giving a sigh of relief, She padded towards camp walking beside him.

  • IC: Pepperstripe noticed him just sitting in the camp. "Shouldn't you go see the medicine cat?", she asked.

  • IC: "What do you mean? Of course there is!", she said. Why was he acting this way? Toms and their pride she concluded

  • "Because if They could fix it, They would have by now." Brightpaw said, with a slight frown. it was part pride, part refusal to accept their help when they judge cats so easily as medicine cats seemed to do in his mind.

  • IC: She nodded, understanding what he was saying.

    OOC: Are you still wet?

  • ((It would make sence for Brightpaw to still be wet.))

Brightpaw shivered slightly, His pelt still wet. The air was chilly, but it was really cold with a soaked pelt. He began to licked himself dry, grooming his pelt nicely.

  • IC: Not knowing how he would react, she started to lick him as well, to warm and help dry him off.
