Acario smiled. "Well, I guess the time has come." He said, seeing the moon just starting to show.
-
Roxy sighed, bracing herself.
-
He felt the familiar surge of energy shoot through him, causing him to drop to the ground. He could feel his body shift, the muscles strengthening, the bones shifting, and the sudden surge of electricity that began to flow through him. After what only took a few seconds, it was over. He let out a long sighed and opened his now red eyes. Where a boy once stood, was now a Luxray.
-
Roxy began to hover above the ground, and felt herself quickly shrinking, but at the same time strengthening. Her bones shifted, fur covered her body, and aesthetic changes took place. And It was all done in a matter of seconds. What once was a regular girl was now the cat Pokemon, Mew.
-
Acario looked up at her. "Dear Arceus. Your a Mew!!"

Name: Mandalay Baker
Age: 12
Gender: Female
Pokemon Cursed With: Absol
Appearance:A tall young girl who stands at 5'4". She has straight light brunette hair that goes about 7" past her shoulders. Her hair is usually worn down, although when it is needed out of the way it is put in a bun, ponytail, or side pony. Her solemn eyes- a deep blue with long black eyelashes- are the most noticeable thing about her face. On her average day she can be seen wearing a pink T-shirt paired with jeans and black laced boots. With pale ivory skin, Olivia has skinny arms and long able legs. Her appearance is that of an average girl- and she tends to blend in when in a crowd.
Pokemon Appearance: An appearance of that of an average Absol.
Personality:Quiet and thoughtful, Olivia doesn't speak up much unless necessary. She can often be found staring off in thought, pondering over something unknown. Because of this, she can come off as boring towards some people. Olivia is very observant, noticing details and facts that not many people would tend to notice. She hides her emotion under the shy smile she shows on the outside. Olivia may be hurt, sad or angry and someone may never know about it. She rarely cries or has outbursts, and usually holds everything in until she "explodes."Olivia doesn't like change, preferring something secure, certain, familiar. She is very sympathetic, and when in Absol form she'll often warn those of a coming storm. (Since Absol's horn can foretell natural disasters)
Other: What about moves/ attacks ? -
"Yeah, yeah." Roxy said, chuckling. She floated around Acario. "You're not too bad yourself. Luxrays are cool."
OOC: Accepted.
-
"Yeah, but... A Mew. That's incredible."
-
"I guess so. Anyway, what do you usually do while you're a Pokemon, Acario?" Roxy asked, flicking her tail.
-
Mandalay cursed under her breath, tears welling up in her eyes. She hated being the way she was. She was different. Mandalay felt like Arceus had abandoned her. Left her with nothing. Because if anyone ever found out what she was, she'd be captured. Experimented on. Called a freak. Which was only fair, because she was one. Mandalay glanced down at the visible glowing mark on her wrist. The thing that labeled her an alien. Curling her hands into fists, Mandalay glared up at the moon and prepared for transformation.
Slowly, her bones shrunk and slender grey fur covered her body. Her eyes turned into red slits, and Mandalay let out a deep growl. It was a whole new experience, being in the body of an Absol. She could tell when a natural disaster would hit. She could hunt. She could use attacks like an Absol. Mandalay sighed and started her journey through the moonlit forest. She needed to head back up the mountains, where she would hide until she was human again. The night before Mandalay had almost been caught by a trainer. The mountains provided protection and a home. Suddenly, the Absol paused. There were other pokemon in the forest. Yet, they didn't smell like normal pokemon. Curiously, she headed towards the scent. A tuft of pink fur came into view and Mandalay ducked. I can't be seen. But Pokemon aren't harmful right? Hesitantly, she stepped out of her hiding place and approached the pokemon. In front of her stood a Mew and Luxray.
-
"Hey, there." Roxy said, waving slowly. "..Uh, what's your name?" She said, floating around Mandalay.
-
Acario glanced over at the Absol. "No need to be afraid. We won't hurt you." The Luxray said.
-
Mandalay's eyes widened as her mind processed the fact that she was in the presence of a legendary. If anything, I wish I could be cursed with a legendary. Mandalay thought jealously. But why would Mew be here? Mandalay's eyes followed the Mew as it circled her. Her eyes took in every detail, and for one, she found it particular that the Mew was wearing a scarf. Must be it's trainer's. The mew had such a small quiet voice Mandalay hadn't realized it had spoken until a moment after. "I'm Mandalay, but I won't be around for long. You see-as a uhhh Absol, I need to warn people of natural disasters." Mandalay partially lied. She couldn't ever keep the friends she made, they would find out what she was. Mandalay looked over at the Luxray who had just promptly spoken. "I wasn't afraid." Mandalay scoffed, smiling shyly. Ahh, how I wish I could have friends.
-
The Mew cleared her throat. "I'm Roxy." She said, a bit louder than her previous words. She continued circling it, particularly looking at it's paws in case for any spade marks, but from the position the Absol was in, made it difficult to see it. If she met one Marked, then there was bound to be more.
-
Mandalay eyed the Mew anxiously. It's eyes were scanning her, looking for something. She shuffled her paws nervously. Could this Mew be a machine or trap made by a scientist? Could someone know my secret? "Hello Roxy. Who is the Luxray?" Mandalay asked, giving a fake smile. The Mew's searching eyes made her uneasy and once again reminded her how unsafe the world was. I need to leave soon. Her eyes silently scanned the underbrush for an exit.
-
"I'm Acario, and the Arcanine is Arcane." Acario said. The Arcanine dipped her head. "It's a pleasure to meet you."
-
Roxy hovered backwards a bit, taking her eyes off of the potentially marked Absol. "Er, are you alright?" The Mew questioned, sensing Mandalay's nervousness.

No. I've never been alright. I've never been 'fine' 'okay' or normal. I've always been the freak of a thing I am. Instead of saying what Mandalay was thinking, she simply nodded. "Fine. I'm fine. But I really should be leaving..." She turned to leave when something caught her eye. Roxy, who was closest to her, had the same marking on her wrist. The mark. The one thing that placed her a freak, a disaster. "Would you two happen to have a secret to tell?" Mandalay asked suddenly, sitting down on the spot. If she saw what she thought she saw... Oh it would mean so many things! I could have a real friend! Someone to share with the anguish and pain of this curse! I won't be the only one suffering!
