"Oh." Rainpath was a bit upset. She apparently was the only cat in ThunderClan with a taste for adders. "Well, you have to catch them before they catch you! And, if it's killed and can be prey, I thank StarClan and eat it!"

Rainpath quickly caught a flittering chaffinch. Seeing a starling, she leaped in the air, doing a flip, catching the starling. She found a mouse. Dropping in the hunter's crouch, she stalked it. Pouncing, she delivered a killing bite and took her prey back home.
