^{"Merry Christmas!" he called after her, trying to be kind. Jason turned, and started towards his home. His skin prickled as he realized he had talked to someone apart from a teacher or his family. It was... New.}

^{(Yeah... I made him a while ago xD)}

^{IC;; Jason walked into his house to be greeted by his parents. Boxes of Christmas decorations were strewn across the ground, and he smiled. "Are we putting them up tonight?" he asked them. "Some." his parents replied, and Jason grinned happily. He liked to put the star on top of the tree. But he mostly enjoyed looking at the beautiful ornaments they had.}

^{"Oh, and Jason." his mother said. "Yes mum?" he asked. "We're having a Christmas party. We decided it's time for you to mingle a bit." his mother replied, looking at him sympathetically. "What?" Jason asked, dumb-founded. His mother waved her hand dismissively. "It's tomorrow so you better find something suitable to wear. Maybe the old tuxedo we bought you for your last prom." she said. "But, mum!" he complained. "Not buts." she said sternly, and Jason went up the stairs looking disgruntled.}

He rummaged through his wardrobe, looking for the suit. After ten minutes he found it, and laid it neatly on his bed. He went back downstairs to find his mum making dinner. "It should be done in twenty minutes!" she called to him merrily from the kitchen.}

^{Jason's alarm went off, reminding him he hadn't turned it off. He got up anyways, and turned off the alarm and he stretched.}

Jason went downstairs, remembering that it was his turn to make breakfast. He knew his parents would be up soon, so he went into the kitchen and started to get the ingredients for pancakes.}

^{By the time Jason finished the batter his parents came down. His dad sat at the table and read the paper, his mum grabbed her violin and started playing. She had played the violin before Jason was born, and by the time he was strong enough to hold it she taught him how to play it. Whenever he had the chance he would play his beautiful violin; hopefully during the party his mother would let him play it.}
