Blaire sat outside on the grass, sighing. She didn't really like being outside, she actually preferred quiet indoor things like reading, crafts and writing. She looked at the little towers and smiled, bored.

Declan face contorted, and he was just about to respond when mrs. Mason came bursting through the back doors.
"Sae's in the hospital!" She told Blaire, Declan, and Evangeline "Come if you want, or stay home." Tear tracks were lining her aged eyes as she delivered the news. "Brynne said it looks serious."~~~
Brynne sat with her head in her hands. Pleas be okay, please be okay… All that blood... The thought made her feel squeamish.

Evangeline instantly froze in her tracks as she let what her mother had informed them about. Ivan... was hurt? Her favorite brother.. was being hospitalized? Evangeline's eyes suddenly began to well up with tears as she quickly snatched her hand back. The girl numbly sat on the grass, her knees coming closer to her face and chest as she let the tears stream down her face. She couldn't go and see him. she was afraid she might stop working, Hell, she had stopped functioning now. Evangeline couldn't feel her body anymore and her hearing had silenced. The girl gave a few shaky breaths in between her silent cries as her chest heaved unsteadily. She had made her choice, she couldn't go, she couldn't see him. It would hurt her too much to go and see Ivan in critical condition.

I sit on my bed for awhile swinging my long legs off the side. What to do, what to do. I take my notebook out and start drawing random things. Then, I hear mom yell at some of my siblings about… Sae? And Brynne? Its probably nothing serious if she wouldn't tell mwa. Hmm. Yeah, probably not serious. But if mom was yelling…. ehh.
I freeze with what I just heard. I don't think she was actually yelling it at me, just Evan Blaire and Declan, I just happened to hear all of it. No, its not eavesdropping! I wish I hadn't heard it, actually. My only brother. In the hospital. For something serious. I couldn't survive having like, 6 sisters and no brothers. It would be hell. Even if we never hang out much. Not that I don't love my sisters of course! I start to go over to mom because frankly, no matter how sad it might be, I think I'm going. Because hey, why not?

Blaire started to walk insid-- but stopped dead. Sae's in the hospital! Repeat, repeat. Her mind spun like a roller coaster and she fell down, closing her eyes.
"Welcome to Candyland! Everything is candy, why don't you take a bite! YOU BETTER OR WE'LL GET CHAINSAWS."
Blaire woke up a few minutes after, panting. Her arms scrambled desperately trying to cling to anything overzealously. She held onto a railing and she got up, swinging a little. "Ivan!" She shouted. "'m coming!"
