    Its fine. Happened to me to. I say silently. Erm, maybe…. she didn't notice though! How could somebody read a book so depressing like this? I helped her I put an emphasis on helped and smirk. I pat the spot next to me and untie my messy bun.


    Lets see:
    Evan is on Kyle's back in the living room.
    Peyton and Brynn are at the house.
    Theres a dinner thingy at night.
    Brynn/Claire are in Claire's room
    Blaire is outside

    "Oh, okay. Since you were helping her…" Brynne winked at Claire "What do you want to do today? Are you excited for christmas break?" She asked her, climbing into the spot next to Claire on her bed.



    I giggle at her silently. I'm not sure. But I can't wait for Christmas break! I mean, I'll miss Grace and everybody but I'm so excited! I beam and sit up straighter. You? I ask turning towards her. Oh my god, we need a tree!

    "I'm really excited too! I've been selling my pictures and I've made a lot of money for some really great gifts! But mostly, I can't wait to spend time with you, Claire, Peyton, Kyle, Evan, Paris, Declan, and Sae." She said, barely blushing at the last part. So what? Maybe she had a little bit of a crush on him...

    peyton:i took my phone out sighing boredly.After texting a few people i got to my feet and faced Kyle"well ima be outside practicing tricks on this" i held up my skateboatd. I slipped my shoes on before stepping into the fresh air.

    (I don't know if I should make her a best friend who's a guy that she so happens to like a bit more than she should. Its just an idea, really, so I can start her teenage mood swings and have her get closer to her older sisters and the family friends.)


    Evangeline slid off her brothers back as she patted down her clothes with her usual smile on her face. The girl walked straight for the kitchen as she attempted a star down with her parents. Once she got food, Evangeline knew she would get dressed and most likely ask if some of her friends could come over. Which would most likely end up with a 'No' for an answer. Suddenly the girl opened her mouth as she began to speak towards her mother, Hunger over taking her expression "Mom... What are you going to make? Im starving!"

    "Well, I was thinking of some sort of cinnamon streusel cake for diner tonight, but what can I get you now? I can make a sandwich with some sourdough bread, mozzarella, and red peppers if you'd like?" Mrs. Mason said to her daughter, gathering the necessary ingredients from the pantry and refrigerator. "Declan is over, why don't you go keep him some company? Maybe you could even invite your friends over and introduce them." She suggested "You three are around the same age, he's fourteen and only a couple months older than you."

    I haven't seen Paris today yet. Oh well, probably still sleeping. There's something weird about what she just said. And she's always nervous around him. Oh, how obvious! You have a crush on Sae, don't you? I say smirking and get up to go tell him. He probably knows though.

    Evangeline gave a quick series of nods as she got off the chair she was seated on. "Yes please!" Just as the girl was about to run off to her room and begin playing her video games once more, she stopped in her tracks as she heard her mother speak more than she had anticipated. The thirteen year old turned around and looked at her mother, her head slanted to the side as she asked curiously, "Declan's over? Huh, I must have missed him. Where's he at anyway?" The girl waited patiently, which was shocking to say the least. The girl always became calm when she thought or became curious. Evangeline side glanced at the calendar, her dark eyes on the circled date, she was going to be fourteen in a few weeks. The girl couldn't wait to be older than the rest of her friends... though they constantly teased her about being older. "Im almost as old as he is! Im going to be fourteen soon!"

    "I think he's in the family room reading a book for school or something." She said to Evangeline as she made her sandwich. "Why don't you go say hi while I make this for you?" She said gesturing to the food. "And if you see daddy can you tell him about dinner tonight?"

    Brynne felt her stomach drop
    "What are you talking about Claire? I don't have a crush on Sae at all!" She said trying not to sound too obvious "And besides, he likes his plants anyways. Now, why don't we do something just you and me?" Brynne asked, practically begging for a change of subject.

    Declan sat on the sofa reading "Pride and Prejudice" for a school assignment. He loved to read but this classical 'junk' didn't suit his taste.



    Suuure I smirk. Its obvious in her tone that she does. Oh well. I'll tell him later. But fine. Arm wrestling! What can I say? I love arm wrestling, even when I know I'll lose. And Brynne is strong, and bigger then me but who cares? It's fun!

    Dad: i sat down on the couch a coffe in one hand a newspaper in the other. I turned the channel to the weather as i sipped at my coffe careful not to burn my tounge like i always did. I set out the newspaper, put on my readers glasses and began to read.


    Peyton:I set my board down looking down the empty street. Sighing i stepped onto my board and put on my concentrated face. I did a few tricks messing up everynow and then. But thats when i fell. I missed my board and fell right onto my butt first then back. 'ouch" i cursed under my breath holduing the back of my head. It was just gonnabe a bruise. I got up shaking the dirt off me and picked my hat up. Putting it on i frowned rubbing my head

    Evangeline just gave a few more nods to her mother as she walked towards the family room. Man, was she in her room for so long that she didn't even notice Declan. The small teen began to tap her fingers on her pajama bottoms as the other hand pulled her hair into a ponytail, tying it loosely. Once Evangeline made it to the room, the girl knocked on the wall of the room, her small frame leaning in the doorway as she gave a slight wave to Declan. The girl moved from her spot near the door and in a quick move, plopped herself on the sofa as she stared at the book in his hands. "Hey.. What are you reading? I thought you didn't like books."

    "Ugh, pride and prejudice, it's for english class. I have a book report due on monday…" Declan said, scratching the back of his head "So whats up with you?" He asked, putting his book down to pay more attention to Evangeline.

    "Arm wrestling?" Brynne smirked "All right," She moved over to the table and but her elbow down "Get ready for it Clare? Are you ready yet? Are you ready yet!? GET READY!" Brynne yelled enthusiastically



    Yesssss I say and smile while putting my elbow on the table. I'm ready! Ready. Set. Go! I smile and press down as hard as I possibly can. My hair gets in my eyes but I quickly push it away. I giggle at her and continue pressing.
