  • "Huh....? Wh- AGH!" As I tried to lift my head it hurt massively just as I felt the aching of the rest of my body. A cloth cool and reliving on my head helped relive the throbbing some as I tried to look around, and try to figure out where I am why I was there in fact- "Who am.. I?" I asked quietly aloud. My vision was blurred, hazy, unclear.. I looked around a lantern sat a few feet away glowing dimly next to a window, looking out the window I figured it was late at night seeing stars and raven black sky. Looking around again I found a bow that smelled strongly of healing herbs and tonics, and a door that was probably locked other then a bookshelf in the corner the room was empty.

  • Name: Seamus Landen
    Looks:

    Age: 21
History: He has always been content with being alone (hence him living in a forest), never really had done too much other than traveling. In his free time he's picked up hunting, something he used to do with his father at an earlier age.
Never knew his mother and his younger sister passed away several months ago but he never told anyone how. So, recently he has been more alone than he ever intended- not that it really bothers him.

  • Seamus heard movenent in the other room and his brow furrowed as he tried to decide whether or not to check on the girl. He nornally wouldn't have taken anyone lying about the forest with him but she had seemed so vulnerable it made him feel like he had no other choice; he wasn't about to leave a girl defenseless in the forest... He walked out of his room towards the room adjacent to his own, his footsteps abnormally silent in the quiet of the night. Slowly, Seamus opened the door and slipped into the room. His midnight blue gaze flicked over to the girl through a thin layer of black hair. He notices she was awake and approached slowly, not wanting to startle her.
"How are you feeling?" He asked in a low voice as not to disturb the silence that lingered in the room.

  • "Huh..!?" I looked over at him squinting trying to agust my vision so I could see who was talking. Letting my vision agust I just stared at him looking like I didnt unserstand his question. "Wh- ahh!" Just trying to talk my head throbed massivly weakly put a hand on my head where the cloth was.

  • He grimaced in concern and walked over to her, "Never mind, don't strain yourself..." He said as he turned around and headed back out of the room, "I'll be right back." He said over his shoulder to her before he left the room.
He returned a minute later with a cup of water and a small bowl of crushed herbs. "Here, eat this. It's just some feverfew, skullcap, and ginkgo biloba to help with the pain... The water is soaked with a bit of chamomile to help you rest." He added, wanting her to know what he was giving her so she wouldn't worry.

  • I again stared at him for a momnet before trying to sit up taking off the cloth from the head there was a large mark there on my forehead it still seem to be bleeding. Weak with effort I reached my hand for the cup thirsty but my arm shook too much to hold it, Yet I tried.

  • He sat at the edge of the bed and his gaze rested on her for a moment. He put a hand under the back of her head, gently supporting her neck as he gingerly pressed the cup to her lips to allow her to drink. He figured he would ask her questions later when her strength was restored.

  • "Hmm.." I drank slowly enjoying the cool relief as the water slid down my throat My eyes slowly closed tired weak and hurting still I stopped drinking and laid back my head and watch Seamus through squinted eyes wondering, no I couldn't even think. I just watched him for a minute before closing my eyes wanting to sleep.

  • As she started to drift off into sleep, Seamus started to wrap her head in gauze. As he did so, he watched her, wondering where she came from. Intrigued, he could only watch as she closed her eyes. Eventually he left the room and shut the door.

A few hours later the window started to open little by little, letting in the sunlight. A black nose sniffed the air in the room before a black blur jumped silently into the room and hopped up on the bed the girl was sleeping in. Shade cocked his head to one side, grey eyes inspecting the sleeping girl. He carefully inched his way up towards her putting his big black nose in her face, his whiskers just managing to graze her cheek as the dog continued to observe the unfamiliar person in the room.

  • I flinched feeling Shades whiskers and blinked my eyes open "Hmm.?" I gasped seeing the dog then groaned as ny head hurt from my own sudden movement I tried to inch away frightened.

  • Shade flinched back as well, as though surprised at her sudden movement. His ears pinned innocently back against the top of his head and he cautiously started to sniff quizzically at the bandage around her head. The dog then proceeded to run its rosy pink tongue across her cheek as though it had decided it liked her.

Seamus opened the door and frowned, "Get down, Shade." He ordered, motioning for the dog to get off of the bed.

Shade just sat on the edge of the bed on the other side of the girl, his tail thumping the blanket as if to say, 'im staying.'

Seamus let out an irritated sigh and went over to the window, shutting it to keep out the light. He then looked over to the girl, "I'm sorry about him," He said as he gestured to Shade who had made himself comfortable by her.
"I hope he didn't startle you... Did you sleep well?" He asked.

  • I looked at Shade and back at Seamus before closing my mouth and nodded softly reaching over I scratched Shades head after wipping away slobber for once I smiled dispite my own pain I wanted to smile I couldnt stop myself from smiling sighing I looked at seamus again and asked "W..what h-happened..?" I asked my voice soft but beautiful,

  • Seamus shrugged lightly, "I was out hunting and I found you lying out in the open. I asked around the town for a little while if anyone had known what had happened and I certainly wasn't going to just leave you there, so, I brought you here." He explained. "How does your head feel?" He asked, walking over to her side.

  • "My heads alitte better.." I said lookimg down and frowned "I cant seem to recall anything about myself but my what I belive to be my name.." I said softly a scared look on my face as I tried to remeber anything but my name but that only scared me more. I got to the point where i started crying from fear frustration confusion and the biggest problem pain.

  • Seamus frowned, "I'm sure it's just mild amnesia, you'll get your memory back soon." He tried to reassure. He wasn't used to having another person to talk to so he tried not to sound too sociably awkward. (Sorry for the short post, on my phone.)

  • (Me too my cp is being an @ss so I'm on my phone too)
Without thinking just wanting comfort I leaned into him taking deep breaths wipping away tears, Still leaning into him I closed my eyes fear clouded my eyes and my thoughts. Swollowimg I just look down on the bed holding my arms to my chest worrying greatly.

  • Seamus draped an arm around her and decided to hold her like that, not wanting her to get too distraught. "I'm Seamus by the way." He introduced himself, trying to change the subject as he thought of something to do. "What is your name?" He asked, blue eyes looking down at her face with gentle intention.

  • "Snow... I think.." I said still looking at my lap then I looked at shade for a moment before looking up at Seamus my soft blue eyes their color almost looked white even in the morning light, my eyes said it all I couldn't remeber anything nor was Seamus's gentleness easing the pain I was feeling. I felt lost.

  • Seamus smiled and found himself slowly being lured by the beauty of the clear blue pools of her eyes. "Snow," he repeated, "Well Snow, I'm Seamus." He introduced. He reached out and started to unwrap her bandages, "I need to look at your head again." He said.
