"i guess if you say so," she meowed. "so do you want to hunt along the way or something?"

He shrugged um, sure, why not? Adds to the fun" he said as he then became alert of their surroundings for the first tome

"over there." pari breathed out quietly, angling her dark colored nose to point in the direction of the scuffle. she couldn't quite see the rodent, but the sounds it created told paranoia it was a good sized one too. "can you go around?" her plan was to let vindicate scare the creature into her claws, and then killing it herself. a classic but useful hunting move.

He nodded as he limped around to the other side and once he was there, he charged forward at the animal so that it would go directly towards paranoia

the tuxedo novice expertly pounced on the mouse, killing it in one swift blow. it hung limp from her claws as she laid it down on the ground to examine. gasping, paranoia noticed it had an extra tail. "vindicate!" she meowed, beckoning him over to look at the strange sight.
-
Hepadded over, wondering what was up and let out a gasp "what! Wow, that's amazing!" he exclaimed, letting a jaw drop, he couldn't believe it "that is really awesome" he then said
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 250px; height: 300px]
"what do you think this means?" she asked. paranoia didn't really believe in this religion stuff all that much. dead was dead to her, meaning there wasn't an afterlife. still, she thought some things just had a different, special, meaning, rather than their obvious one.
-
he shrugged, he would rather not answer with a "I don't know" so he said "murph.. that some mice have multiple tails" he said and then grinned, he didn't know what it could really mean, so then he asked "what about you?"
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 250px; height: 300px]
"i thought... maybe this could be some sort of a sign?" as soon as she'd said it, she realized how stupid and unbelievable the words sounded. "i don't really believe in this kind of stuff, though." she added quickly, not wanting him to think she was a crazed weirdo.
-
he looked up to her and then back to the two tailed mouse and then back to her and he thought for a while "well, maybe it means something like two is better than one or something like that" he suggested and hearing that she didn't believe in that kind of stuff he too, added quickly "um yea, neither do I' to be truthful, he didn't see anything wrong with the destiny stuff

"i'd say we bury it and come back for when we've finished hunting." paranoia declared, already digging a hole to stick the two-tailed mouse into. she hoped to catch bigger, perhaps less perplexing prey as they continued to scour the mountain forest.
-
he nodded, sounded good to him, yea sure and he gave her a smile "alright, sounds good to me" he meowed, then he thought back to the question and wondered if it did in fact mean something, who knew, it could, it couldn't

a crowd of geese rose from the forest, ascending into the sky in a v pattern. "think we could catch one?" paranoia asked, smiling, and leaped into the forest in pursuit of the geese. after what seemed like hours of running, paranoia decided the birds just weren't going to come down. we need bait, she thought.
-
he was just about to say no when she ran off and he was forced to follow her and as she came to a stop he said "yea, back would be good, but what would we use? not like he can dig into the ground and get worms or something, if they even eat worms" he meowed, panting slightly, he wasn't used to so much running
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 250px; height: 300px]
"what about fish?" paranoia asked. birds liked fish, right? her fishing abilities were pitiful, so she hoped the tom knew how to fish. "if not, i guess we'l just have to find other prey."
-
he grinned "why, do you know how to fish? because I don't" he responded, living in thunderclan didn't teach him anything about fishing and neither did being a loner
-
[fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 250px; height: 300px]
"i can try." paranoia meowed, hiding her doubt. once she'd attempted to fish on one of her expeditions out of mountainclan terrritory, and caught a small trout. padding over to a river, she stuck a forepaw in to test the water. the icy coldness burned her skin. the she-cat sat on the bank, waiting for a school of fish to swim by.
-
he sat behind her, watching what she did and being quiet, he wondered what they would do if she failed at the fishing, but they didn't need geese though, they could hunt some other stuff, like rodents or some other smaller birds

the patched she-cat hooked a small, wriggling fish out of the water. it was too small to make a meal for a cat, but geese was another story. "this'll have to do." she meowed, setting her fish down where the flock could easily see it.
-
he nodded to her before he turned to hide behind a nearby bush and wait for paranoia and for the flock to settle down and take the bait
