"Well that's not a good dad. Mine died in a car crash." He said as he looked at her.

She looked back at him. "Mine died from drug abuse." She looked back out at the water.

He looked at his feet. "You want to head back?" He asked.

"Ok, but lets take the long way." she smiled.

"Ok." He said as he grabbed Courage and CeCe.

She smiled and took CeCe's reins. She mounted up.

He mounted Courage and followed Ash.

She took a dark, worn path. it led to a small, dark clearing.

Elias looked around.

"I love it here. I just wanted to show it to you, because to some it has a different meaning. For most people this place in scary and stressful due to the light level. But to me it is serene and calm." Ash said, almost dreamily.

"I agree with you. It's calming." He said with a smile.

She smiled at him. "Well, good. I hate when people are paranoid on sight without taking in all the details.

He smiled back.

CeCe bobbed his head and pranced in place.

Courage pulled at the bit. She wanted to run, but Elias held her back.

Ash smiled. "Let's race!"

"Your on!" He said. He kicked her up to a gallop.

She smiled and real eased the pressure on CeCe's bit. He surged forward, flying over the ground.

He smiled and kicked Courage up faster.
