• The Fish Eagle spread her wings as her talons dug even deeper into the rocks of the cliff, the bird of prey surely had the looks, but now she needed to see if it had the style, Cordeli had always wanted to fly, and as her tiger body seemed to be splayed out behind her, in a tree, on the wl nest, it looked like she was snowing. Spreading them as hard as she could go, Cordelia jumped in the air, sending her backwards, she needed a better place.

So she climbed a tree, it was definitely hard considering she only had talons and a beak to do it, but eventually she found herself standing above the world, everyone standing at her feet, spreading her winds once more, the wind nearly taking her off the oak, she dug them, deeper, letting herself cool off. "Ill bee free!" She thought. I will.

And then her talons let go.

It was an exhilarating experience, being in the air, but Cordelia was scared, the eagle was scared. And as she flapped her wings, the Viceroy was more and more determined to get her paws, or talons, on Azreal and kill him. She would.

    She would.

  • Dacnomaniacalpaw glanced up at the sky, where she saw Cordelia flying above. The dark tabby blinked, watching her wobble through the air with a slightly amused expression. She was like a baby bird learning to fly. She didn't really get why she wanted to fly, though. Cats were made for the ground. Noma walked a little more and sat down under the tree where Cordelia had kept her tiger body and simply waited, curling her tail over her paws. She'd probably be scolded or something, since Noirstar had said that trainees needed at least two warriors to go with them when they exited the camp, but she didn't really care.

Thurio wasn't a very talkative guy, just insightful. He has scented the tiger body of a clanmate awhile ago, and when he found Cordelia's limp form he had a thoughtful mind and recognized the practicing flyer in the sky. He had since then watched in silence, only speaking when he spotted the dark tabby to let him know he wasn't in the area alone.[/fancypost]

  • Wildstreak still had not gotten used to the inherent creepiness of one leaving their body temporarily to go inhabit another. To have dominion over multiple forms. What happened to the person inhabiting the body first? Maybe it was a weird form of physic murder. Maybe they were still there, restrained, simmering angrily in the back of one's conscience. Whatever the case, it made Wildstreak's skin crawl, and she was glad to be in her own same body.

She spotted Thurio, who, if she remembered correctly, was a former Bloodclanner. Wildstreak was extremely wary of anyone associated with Bloodclan, for personal reasons, but it appeared that Thurio was just another loyal clanmate, and no threat to anyone. So she thought to perhaps socialize a little.
"Interesting, perhaps," she grumbled in response to his pensive remark. "Personally I can't fathom soaring around with nothing under my paws, nothing to hold me steady." She shrugged, looking around for something more useful to do than stare at the sky.
"We ought to hunt," she suggested, nodding towards a nearby river. She didn't fancy fish, but she knew many of her clanmates did.

  • "I'll help you hunt!" Cordelia yowled from the sky, tiredness overlapping her tone, how did birds do that? But she wasn't done, yet, as she glided above the river, a fish came in to view, and as she dove down, she found her instincts making her grab the fish in her jaws, she pulled up, so that was how birds hunted?

  • Wildstreak blinked, startled, as Cordelia swept down upon the river and snatched a fish from the gurgling stream. The torbie she-cat allowed herself a small grin.
"Wow, nice catch," the former leader commented, padding over to the river's edge. She gazed at the shimmering depths as they rushed by, watching for a flash of the silver underbelly of a fish. Finally, she saw something in the corner of her vision and her paw darted out, hooking under the fish's belly and tossing it overhead, onto the bank, where it flopped wildly. Wildstreak pounced on it, biting the trout and killing it.

[fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; width: 300px; overflow: auto; font-family: times new roman; font-size: 8pt; color: black; text-align:justify]Chocolate eyes stared up at the crystal-clear, azure sky above. An obscure figure flew ahead, and by the loud call the former deputy instantly recognized the voice to be her niece. Pain attached into her core at the thought of her dear brother, Cordelia's father. Russianroulette's death had hit her like a tidal wave. Due to their passionate sibling bond, the moment his heart stopped beating gave the female a heart attack, knocking her to the ground and momentarily paralyzing her. It was probably the most frightening event that had ever occurred, at least to her, for she didn't know what the hell was happening. She had been able to regain proper use of her five senses and retreated back to camp to hear that her brother had passed. Bitterness had tainted her heart for she knew that in her brother's last months of life he had been a dick. His sanity had been drained down the gutter and it wasn't something that made Louvreart happy to admit, but that didn't mean it hurt any less when he died.

"Be careful," Louvreart murmured lightly. The eagle who was formerly known as Jessie was the last piece of Russian she had left to hold dear to, and as a promise to her brother and his love that she made centuries ago, she would protect his children like she would protect her own.

  • Landing in the tree with the fish in her talons, Cordelia re-possessed her tiger body, she knew only a but about her heart-attack, and she was quite afraid of Hospitalflowers was dead, that was going to happen to her too, and that was why she really didn't want her to be dead. So now what? So the Tiger hid her own eagle body in the hollow of the tree, smiling. "Hi Louvreat, I need flying lessons."

  • OOC: I miss little Musical </3 I want to reincarnate him somehow

Wildstreak looked over to Louvreart, smiling as the cheetah she-cat arrived. She was unaware of the grief Louvreart was experiencing over the loss of her brother, Russianroulette, but it made sense. The two had a connection beyond that of brother and sister - it ran deeper, into their very souls.
"Hey, Louvre," she meowed, looking back into the river.

  • Dacnomaniacalpaw didn't speak; she simply watched as Cordelia landed with interested amber eyes. She quite liked the tigress's new name; much nicer, she had to admit, than Jessie. She listened to the conversation that was flung back and forth between the other felines around her, her gray ears occasionally twitching. The chit-chat that went on between many HawkClanners wasn't very interesting, so she usually didn't join in.

You seem to have a good hunter's eye at least." The tom smiled lightly, nodding his head slowly at Wildstreak's idea; right, they should do some hunting. When Lovuret came over, he dipped his head to her before moving on forward to start keeping his nose out for prey.

  • The small brown tabby padded towards them, his striped fur as abnormally neat as it always was and his heterochromic eyes glinting. "Howdy. Nice day, isn't it? Strong west wind." Pyritekit mewed conversationally, halting beside Thurio.
