Sparkstar padded into his den

Emberfire poked her head in Sparkstar's den. "Can I talk to you, Sparkstar?" she whispered. "It's important."

Brookpaw deposited her prey on the pile and lay down with a vole. She sighed and bit into it.

Sparkstar nodded.

"Well, I am looking for a mate and I was hoping you could give me some requests..." she meowed bashfully.

"A mate............Um..........What about....Flameheart?"He asked.
Flameheart sat in clearing.

"But the thing is... I don't think he likes me." she meowed.

"You never know,"Sparkstar meowed."Why don't you watch his actions when he's around you.And when your not around,watch him from a distance."
Flameheart showed no emotion on his face.

"I'll try it." Emberfire walked over to Flameheart. She grabbed a rabbit and placed it infront of him. "Want to share?" she meowed, trying to sound normal.

He smiled."Sure,"Flameheart mewed

"So, Flameheart............................................................................. you interested in being a father?" she meowed.

"Huh?Um I dunno...."He mewed,embarrassed.

"I mean in general. Because I know somebody who likes you." she mewed.

"You do?Who?"He asked.

"Oh, Emberfire." she said, trying to sound casual.
