    maybe the clan actually came from actual royals until they like moved from the castle, yet there were remaining cats. they decided to make a clan with royals


    and instead of the monster in the lake being some monster, maybe it's like the clan guardian or symbol. it's probably like their religious god like leader.

    and I think there should be a monster in the lake, but have a god/godlike figure who lives in the lake, and they must pay tribute to it every once in a while. AND THERE SHOULD BE SPIES!!! SPIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIES!!!!!

    OKAY, LETS SEE IF I KNOW THIS...


    There's a kingdom of cats who live in an abandoned/ruins castle, who worship a monster who dwells in the lake beside/surrounding the castle. Some special ranks are advisers, spies, and executioners. Advisers and spies are the same rank, with executioners just below them. Advisers... well, they advise the king/queen when they must make decisions, and do most religious things. Spies are the eyes and ears of the kingdom, finding information or items and reporting back to the royalty. Executioners deal with prisoners. I was thinking there could also be messengers, who carry messages between places, maybe even other kingdoms.
