    I normally didn't come to these types of parties, they just weren't my idea of fun but I knew I had to get out of the house and become more social at some point. I wandered around, saying close to the walls, not looking for another in particular. I instantly perked up when I noticed the food table and weaved my way in and out of the people toward the table. I looked around as I grabbed a small bite to eat, looking out for anybody I might know or even be able to strike up a conversation with.
