Colorkit flattened her ears and meowed frightened

"It's fine in here." she tried to persuade her.

Colorkit sat up and looked at Rosekit. "Are you an orphan too?" she asked curiously

"Yes." she said looking to her paws.

Colorkit licked Rosekits head. "Lets find something to eat" Colorkit said trying to lighten the mood

"Hey, you two come here", said a strange cat.

Colorkit hid behind Rosekit unsure if to follow or not

"Who are y-you?" Rosekit said.

Colorkit walked slowly to the stranger. "Please don't hurt us we are just kits who want a mommy." Colorkit meowed

"Yes, do you know where we could get a mommy?" Rosekit said.

"Yeah do you?" Colorkit said enthusiastically

"Is there?" Rosekit started to paw at the warriors feet.

Colorkit pounced on the strange cat "Is there a chance of a mommy?"

"First answer my qeustion are you of windclan, wait did you say you didn't have a mom",asked the strange cat.

"No, we are not of windclan, and yes, we don't have a mamma." Rosekit said.

"Hhhmmm, so you're loners",asked the strange cat.

"Y-Yes." rosekit said to the cat.

"I'm a warrior of Shadowclan and my name is Baneclaw", said Baneclaw finally reveling his name.

"S-Shadowclan! what are you doing in the windclan territory?" she asked.
