Rhyder was confused. "Wind? You mean the boomerang, correct?" He nodded. "Our chief executive officer holds it there."

"Oh, the Gale Boomerang." Riley said. "I've heard of it. One of the Chosen Hero's weapons."

"Due to the decline of magic, we've had to shelter it. And, by the will of the spirit within, we've begun to...refine it." Feather's eye's widened and the captain saw this. "Not by any technological means of course, please forgive me for not saying so earlier." He saw her shoulders ease. "But, in this case, magic and its reagents are hard to come by this day and age, so our progress has been slow."
