    Welcome to a world where all the regions are like the districts in hunger games. This includes the ranger game districts. The towns are blocked from pokemon by fences and people aren't allowed to own pokemon. The games are in memory of the rebellion after the war of the regions when trainers and pokemon attacked one another. That's when pokemon were said to be dangerous and nobody could have one. Towns were blocked off from the places where pokemon are so there's pretty much no contact with them. Now, there are the games where one boy and one girl is sent from each district to be put into the games where they are given six random pokemon to battle with. Once the trainer dies or they run out of pokemon, pretty much having nothing to defend them and they pretty much die. They are out.

    History: Growing up in Lentimas town toughened Cyrus up. He went into the Strange House one time and got the scare of his life that inspired him to train harder. He became a good biker and a great Pokemon trainer.
    Strengths: He's very brave and almost fearless. He knows how to make a strong bond with Pokemon
    Weaknesses: He's become blind to common sense and will usually make a bad decision. He's very panicky in a crisis.

    Okay. If you can find a way to fit it into the arena it'll work. I understand skitty is so cute but I like eevee and vulpix, the foxes.
