Stardust walked away

He opened his eyes, coughing up mouthfuls of water. He looked over his side to see Stardust walk away. He got up, legs shaking, and tried to walk over to her. "Icetail, take Moonfang, I know you never felt the same about me." He said while walking beside Stardust.

"No," Icetail mewed. "Like you said." She padded up and licked his cheek.

"Stop! I know you like Moonfang, and you never payed attention to me. Stardust actually wanted to be my mate before this incident. You never liked me until now. You don't know how greatful about what you have until you almost lose it. Sorry, you always wanted Moonfang, and now you got him. Goodbye, Icetail."

"FIne," Icetail mewed. "But you'll never know, deep down I always liked you, before Stardust."

"How come you never even takled to me before even when I tried, huh? Those moons are over. You lost a cat, and gained another mate." He hissed.

"I was talking to him, you had nothing to say, So I tried to talk, but you just dazed!" Icetail hissed back. "I was never planing to mate him!"

"I did not daze! I talked to you, but you just walked away! I saw that 'lovey-dovey' look in your eyes, and you even said you liked him, I heard you!" He hissed louder and dashed away into the woods, tears starting to well up in his eyes. So this is how it feels when your heart is broken. He thought. He had liked her ever since he was little. Now he has his second love, which he hoped to be his last. He didnt want his heartbto get broken again. He got himself to a stop, and rested in an abandoned twoleg nest. He curled up and cried himself to sleep.
