  • Welcome to Misfit Mountain
You must've traveled far from your so called 'pack' to reach here. Misfit Mountain has no leader, no law, just wolves living in peace and tranquility. Misfit Mountain is a land that is not governed by one certain wolf. You are a misfit, an outcast, but here you are what most call 'normal'. Don't worry, you'll find you belong here and know this place like it's the pad of your paw.

  • good point RP TIME

Sorana lay in her cave. Eyes sad and glazed over. Sorana felt like she could lose her sight or life right now but just stood and decided to hunt.

  • [color=white][font=Georgia] IC: Lobo, being the early riser he usually was had already been out moving throughout the mountain, over by the lake. He was lapping up some refreshing water to quench his theist when the smell of a bunny flooded his nostrils, he had been quite hungry that morning so he decided to follow after it, hoping he could stalwart catch something this time. It took him into a forest where he saw a burrow with two rabbits actually one female and one male from the looks of it.

  • Sorana came out and crouched by a meadow as she saw a buck. She felt a soft growl rumble in her throat as she lunged. She latched on and took down the buck, sending birds into the air loudly..

  • Equinox stood alone, in her small hollow of trees. The musty smell of the lake was faintly in the air along with the rustic smell of the pine trees nearby. The pallor of her silvery coat glittered lightly as the sunlight flittered in through the tall pines above her head. The small stone cave looked as if it had more of a darker tone than it really did and it seemed like darkness circled the small, faint ring of light. Her sliver eyes darted the around as she stood silently.

  • [color=white][font=georgia] IC: Lobo after 10 minutes of waiting for the rabbits to settle in got down low on his haunches, slowly creeping around the brush closer and closer to his target(s). He made a slight noise by stepping on a twig and one rabbit looked around, but lobo managed to hide well enough from it, the wind blowing his scent away from his prey. He then quickly pounded clenching his jaws around whatever he could, which was the more plump male, as the female hopped away is fright. Lobo smiled and began to take his prize back to the makeshift den that he managed to find, he couldn't wait to eat is breakfast.

    OOC: That is quite alright.

  • Luna crouched behind the reeds on the shores of the lake. She had cought scent of a wild hare a few moments prior to her hunt. She hunkered down and waited for the hare to come out of hiding. Soon enough the large brown and black male hare popped out of its not-so-secluded burrow. As the hare hopped closer to Luna, she let out a loud growl and pounced on it before it knew what was happening. Luna gently grabbed the hare by its head and took it back to her den, a deep cave in the mounatinside not too far from the lake. There she proceeded to eat her kill and bask in the sun until she was hungry again.

  • Sehalia crawled out of her den. There were no clouds in the sky, except some metal bird trails. She trotted on for a few yards and found a young male hare. She ducked behind some thistles hoping it would camoflage her. She mustered up all the pounce force and leapt out at the rabbit, giving it a strong blow with her six toed left paw. It smacked up against a tree and fell to the ground. Sethalia checked it for a heartbeat, there wasn't one. She picked it up and carried it to the valley where she saw a flat rock and began to sun herself while eating the hare.

I'm going to add one more column to the title post, :3

  • Sorana glanced at the birds warily and latched her jaws onto her buck and began dragging it towards her cave.

  • Equinox turned and slowly walked into the small cave, which was her home. Her Hollow was near the bottom of the mountain and hidden from the other wolves. The small creek that trickled through her home was starting to freeze over as her altitude grew.

  • As Luna lay in the sun blinking slowly and lazily she caught scent of someone nearby. Turning her head this way and that she tried to discern where the scent was coming from. Her ears worked on their own pinpointing any sound she could pick up. After a few minutes the fur on her back bristled nervously. Giving up her search she stepped back into the cave and lay down in the deepest darkest corer she could find, that still gave her a good view of the cave entrance. She pressed her back against the smooth stone wall, and waited for someone, or something to intrude.

  • [color=white][font=georgia] IC: Now back at his 'humble abode', lobo laid down and began to chew through the decent sized hare, he barely even managed to catch it, it was he first one he had caught in weeks, he was so happy with himself. He could feel the juices of the meat trickle down his muzzle as he bit into a large chunk. After finishing some of his meal he dug a small hole and put it in the hole, to preserve it for later, wanting to go back to the stream for another drink.

    OOC:

  • "OW!" sora yelped in pain as one of her paws got caught in a hole and she fell. Landing near the stream and cutting her flank on a stone. She fell with a small Splash!. Sorana shook out her fur humbly and tried to stand to walk.

  • Luna heard a yelp of pain and a splash in the stream feeding into the lake. After a few moments of debating, she decided to check it out. With cautious eyes and slow steps she reached the shores and found a she-wolf with her paw stuck in a hole. "Hello," she said guardedly. "Do you need help?"
