  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 360px; font-family: arial; font-size: 10px;][justify]Padding up, Annie approached the Medicine Den with a visible limp. Her eyes were watery, face melted grostesquely into that of a painful expression. "B-Bombshell? Strawberrym-moon?" She sobbed.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px;][align=center]

[font=georgia][size=8][color=black]The UMCA padded up. "Woah, what happened dearie? Can I get you some water?" He aimed to slip up beside her to help her, "and here... lie down on this moss." It was always all about everyone else, and Indy didn't mind most days.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 360px; font-family: arial; font-size: 10px;][justify]Nodding slowly, the calico padded over, still sobbing. "M-my l-leg.....i-it hurts....a lot..." The calico choked, body racked with sobs. Nobody could understand how much pain she was in - heck, Annie should've been crowned Leader of SunClan for even managing to get to the Medicine Den at her age. Lying down on the moss, she felt the slightest twinge of relief flow through her leg. Not enough to make a difference, though.

    [b]"W-water would b-b-e nice."

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px;][align=center]

[font=georgia][size=8][color=black]"Bomby?! Swanpaw?!" The tuxedo tom meowed out, slipping away to return with some water. "Here, lick this up, it well help take the pain off your mind." At least Indy hoped so.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px][justify]

[size=8]"Can you tell me what happened?" Radiopaw asked gently, sitting down by Annie with a small frown of concern. While Indiana was fetching the water, he would try and find out what happened so they could ensure the right treatment.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 360px; font-family: arial; font-size: 10px;][justify]Annie nodded slowly, taking a small lap of the water before swallowing slowly, the liquid sliding down as if like slime. "I-I was p-playing b-by on a h-hill....I d-d-didn't real-lize the....d-dirt, was damp, f-from r-rain l-last n-n-night, and I sl-lipped a-and r-rolled.....down t-the hill....I hit a t-tree t-trunk f-full speed o-on the w-way d-down, and n-now I d-don't like walking on t-that leg." She finished, the stutter making it somewhat a foreign language. God, how much she hated her stutter! It was almost chronic, how it came on whenever she was upset.

[font=georgia][size=8][color=black]"Oh honey... I'm sure the physicians will fix you up in no time." The tuxedo tom meowed gently, looking around for them. He considered at least some of the medical team like a family, or extended family at least, and he wondered what was keeping them.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 360px; font-family: arial; font-size: 10px;][justify]Annie nodded, sniffling slightly. [b]"I-It h-hurts a l-l-lot. T-Thank you m-misters."

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px][justify]

[size=8]"Don't worry, Bombshell can fix you up fine," he purred reassuringly, glancing over to observe the leg. "It looks like a sprain. . . But it might have a slight fracture of sorts. It's not broken is it?" he asked, not wanting to cause more pain.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 360px; font-family: arial; font-size: 10px;][justify]Annie shook her head violently. "I-I don't k-know if it is or not!" The calico snapped.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 400px][justify]

[size=8]"Alright, that's okay. We can find out soon, then you'll be better," he said with a small smile as he scooted himself towards the back, not wanting to provoke her anger some more.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 10px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 400px;]
    > sorry i've been dealing with some… stuff xD

Bombshellblond trotted in with a rosy blush colouring her pale cream cheeks, feeling rather bad for being late. "I'm here, what's the matter hun?" the medicine cat mewed, voice turning from bubbly to a bit soft as she listened to her sharp words and face of pain.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 360px; font-family: arial; font-size: 10px;][justify]The kitten was still sobbing quietly. [b]"I t-think I b-b-broke m-my leg or s-s-something. I-it h-hurts. A l-l-lot."

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 10px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 400px;]
Oh goodness, the she-cat quickly rushed to the storage, taking some poppy seeds, thyme and water first. That would be the perfect mix to make her calm and pain free. "Her can you eat this? You can drink some water after love, it will make the pain go away." she explained, pushing forth a thyme wrap with one poppy seed tucked in it, as well as a moss bundle for her to lap up later.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 360px; font-family: arial; font-size: 10px;][justify]Nodding, the calico kitten quickly swallowed down the herbs, lapping at the water afterwards. For some reason, the herb mixture caused her eyelids to become heavy after half a minute's wait.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0pt; font-size: 10px; font-family: arial; text-align: justify; width: 400px;]
Luckily she didn't give her too much, which would evidently cause her to pass out, but enough to make her calm and weary. So with the herbs kicking in, she took out some wooden splints, bindweed, and cobweb for the leg. "This may tingle a bit, okay? Tell me if you feel any pain." Bombshell warned before beginning to align the stick. She found where the bone was broken, and then where it needed to be, and with that began to quickly tie the weed around, green meeting brown, before a cast of cobweb was added.

  • [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 360px; font-family: arial; font-size: 10px;][justify]Annie nodded drearily. It didn't feel that bad, and there was no tingling.

Swanpaw padded over in a quick pace, feeling very guilty for not being active. "What happened Bombshellblond?" She asked, her blue eyes twinkling.

"Broken leg, nothing too serious." Swanpaw said casually. Luckily it wasn't a compound fracture or anything, she had heard those were nasty, gross, and deadly (not to mention almost impossible to fix).

  • [justify][font=tahoma]Daisykit remained at the edge of the group, still ready to help. Even the small kitten knew the she-cat was busted.
