He chuckled, standing up and walking over to her.

He smiled, and leaned on the bed over her.

He leaned down looking at her confused.

IC~ " happy birthday " she said as she licked her finger and stuck it in his ear

He moved away from her hand. "My birthday last month.' He said smiling.

He was laughing with her, and sat back down.

"I bet you do. They gave you medicine." He said smiling. "Want me to call your mom and tell her you're here?" He asked tilting his head slightly.

Phone Call
"Hello?" She asked.
"Uh, yeah. Your daughter is in the hospital with a broken arm..."
"What?! I'm going to kick her ass!" She yelled before hanging up, leaving that irritating beeping sound.He walked back in and looked at her. "You're in so much trouble...' he said

He chuckled and walked over to her. "She can't kill you." He said, bending down and kissing her again.

He smiled deepening the kiss before her mom slammed the door open, and started yell.

Max's head shot up, and he looked over to her mother, who pushed his out of the way. "Move! I don't want you near her! Get out while I talk to her!" He yelled shoving Max out the door.
