Reason why you’re here:
He's always been a...cause for concern, in his other school, for both his odd appearance and his strange mannerisms. It has always been a suspicion that he wasn't quite...human [if only they truly knew how very not-human he is], and when he came to leave his previous school, he was transferred by an unknown person here.
History:
There isn't really much to tell on his side of the story...and even if there was, he'd never tell you.
He grew up living alone, is a one-bedroom flat rented out by an unknown person or persons, and lived much the uneventful life, hiding his hair under a hat, and his eye behind his hair. He was sent to the school after he 'accidentally' set fire to another student at his previous school after his hair was insulted for looking too much like a tulip.
History:
He grew up in an orphanage called 'Sun Garden', and was always the troublesome child, the loud one who'd always do his very best to get absolutely everyone to know him and to hear him. He was infamous for his various mischievous behaviours, and was always pulling pranks on the carers or other children.
It was, in fact, in the orphanage, when he was 7 years old, in which he was first dubbed as 'tulip-head', because of his hair. In actuality, his hair, to him, represents flames, for he has always loved fire and all things related to fire, so gets very riled up whenever his hair is described as a tulip, and has always insisted that it's like fire instead.
