    Illune sighed,ears pressed back against her head as she glared at Macto"...egotistical bast*rd"She grumbled,shaking her head,cautiously watching the two battle

    (Wow I missed a lot. o-o)


    Nami quietly watched the battle from one of the many holes in the area. "Shouldn't we knock her out and drag her back to town before things get any worse?" She whispered to the others, worried about what would happen to the Furret if she got caught.

    As quickly as he could, Luke climbed up into the tree and pulled the Furret into the leaves before they could be spotted. "What do you think your doing?" Luke hissed. It took all of his strength not to shout. "You have just helped two criminals escape from the custody of the head guard. What you're doing is treason, and punisable by death!"

    Ryuu probably would have said a few colorful things herself had she been there to witness the events. That wasn't the case, though, for she was still floating a few inches above ground in the middle of the marketplace. Now alone but for the traders and customers, she bit herself in the lower jaw, trying to hold back tears. Even if it hurt, it wasn't proper for a dragon to cry.

    Nami silently crept out of the hole, grabbing a long piece of the broken chain Novo broke out of. Afterwards she ran back to her hiding spot and looked around, wondering where in h*** Zlateh was hiding this time.


    Kazin was leaning against the wall of a tavern, watching as the sun started to set. Where was everyone? Did something bad happen? He sighed, looking back towards the marketplace... just to see Ryuu floating there. "Hey! Ryou was it?" He yelled, not quite remembering her name. Pushing himself off his resting spot, he slowly started heading towards the Dragon Pokemon. "Need help getting to the apothecary?" He offered, pretending to not notice her tears.

    Zlateh's eyes turned icily cold. "I only have one that hounds after me. And that is Death, whom I have cheated too many times before. Kill me? Sure. Try."


    Ryuu contemplated what Kazin had called her. It wasn't right, but sounded close enough. "Eh... Yeah," she admitted with embarrassment. She released a tiny puff of flame from her nostrils, immediately evaporating the years brimming in her eyes.

    "Did I? Well, how can one be truly cheerful when one knows that the world's greatest enemy is after them?" Zlateh vanished, appearing on the ground. "I'm going to hunt those two down; let Death come after me! Let them feel his wrath for all I care. But what I am not going to do is follow anyone."


    The guards had given up on looking for Zlateh, and the all started moving off with a very angry looking Macto leading them. Once they were gone, Luke dropped down from the tree. "...What happened?" He asked.

    Nami looked up after the guards left and Zlateh appeared on the ground. So that's where she was."I'm sorry, but what you just did was... just.." Nami stopped herself before she said anything untoward. "I wouldn't be surprised if we see a post of you with a bounty by tomorrow." She mumbled, nervously kicking a stray pebble with her foot.

    "Alright kid, just give me a moment." Kazin said as he held onto Ryuu, helping her float towards the apothecary. Once there, he was surprised to see no one there, except for a Wigglytuff. Immediately, she rushed over and helped her to one of the beds. "This might hurt a bit, but I promise you'll feel better afterwards." She said before she started fixing up her wings.


    While waiting, he looked out the window, watching as some guardsmen were talking. They seemed more irritated, and every once in a while they would point in the direction the others had headed to hours before. "Want to check on the others after this? I think they might be in some trouble."

    "Let them try to chase me! I'll be leaving shortly," Zlateh added. "If Death is truly chasin' me, then I'll be running off to let him eat my dust." She smiled coldly. "And of course, to chase down those the other Pokemon."
