    Ic||Hennessy stood near the mill, smiling. "I shall be choosing an apprentice to train in the next few days," he announced. "I'm looking for someone active, social-friendly, and/or an animal wishing to learn." It certainly didn't need to be all that though. Thoughts whirled in his mind; this certainly will be interesting, wouldn't it? "Anyone who wishes to participate, come, so I know you are interested." Even from here, he could hear his own voice echoing off of the mill behind him.
    With sharp pricked ears, the deputy began to listen to any sounds out of the ordinary. Who would be coming? Would it be an eager apprentice? His sisters, perhaps even Lux? Hopefully they would come. He might need their expertise in choosing an apprentice. Lumn had her apprentice, Violinpaw (not sure if Rushy is still playing her), and Brokendreamd had Lux.

"picking an apprentice, i see. well, if i wasn't brokendreams' apprentice, i would have totally offered to become yours!"

    LuminousHeart padded up, she should probably get an apprentice too. Violinpaw err left with Rushy but the stealth-walker felt like she needed to wait a little bit more. "I'll watch" she meowed to Henessy, nodding.

    Although she was an apprentice, Polarpaw had no mentor. "I'd like to be your apprentice," she said. The red tabby liked Hennessy a lot. He was really cool and nice, unlike a some of her other clanmates.

    Clandestinekit was a bit too young to have a mentor yet, and honestly, she had no interest in training in battle. Not that she'd be useful anyways. The sightless kitten mewed, "I'll watch." It was a metaphor, really; shed listen to hear who would become the deputy's apprentice out of her own curiosity. The Siamese sat beside Luminousheart in a crooked fashion compared to the Stealthwalker's stance.

    [font=Arial NARROW]Hennessy let out a low rumble in his throat, a sign that he was happy. "Hello, Lumn, Brokendreams, Lux," he barked with a smile. Thoughts ran through his head as he nodded towards Polarpaw. "Alright. If there is anyone else, step forward. Just so you know, I will be watching you Lux included (cough, cough) for your activity, and whatever you have to offer. But... I will give you a sneak peak into training. And... it won't be normal training." The canine barked, in a manner that sounded like slight laughter. "No. I also have a knowledge of herbs, but I can guarantee that Morphing will know a lot more than me." Brown optics sparkled as he glanced at the small point who had gotten his attention. She had glassy blue optics, a possible sign that she was actually blind. But he didn't wish to pry. If she didn't wish to participate, then that would be cool with him.
